Description of Work: I was torn about this review. I liked the guy at first but he came in a full 1200 dollars over budget. He took way longer than he said he would (two extra weeks). He messed up part of the project and had to come back and fix it. All in all it was just Ok and I would not do it again.

Description of Work: Last winter when I was paying per visit, Kevin kept my driveway in pretty good condition. I never had a problem getting out of my driveway despite a few storms. A base of ice did accumulate due to packed snow being left. This winter I payed for an "unlimited" contract. The quality of his work has dropped considerably. I would say it has plummeted. I believe it is in part because he has my money now. I spoke with him at the beginning of the season via email. (Email because he was not returning my phone messages.) I found him to be very rude and unprofessional. I felt there was considerable snow left in my driveway and asked if he could come back at some point to plow again. He said it's cost $10. Now admittedly that isn't a lot but I did already pay $286 for the season. As a side note, I have always paid him promptly for his services. Today he plowed the snow onto my neighbors sidewalk instead on onto my lawn/sidewalk. I have good relations with my neighbor and I bet he's going to be p*****. If Kevin won't plow it off his property I will have to pay someone else to do it. This is besides the issue of me having to go to work now and I don't know if I can get out of the driveway. If you hire this fellow for plowing, do it per visit and not a contract. If I can amend this review later, I will add photos. Also, he doesn't do such a good job mowing either.
