Description of Work: They dug up some of celler floor to find a broken sewage tile, repaired it, put in different cleanout, covered it back with the dirt, but left the floor in rough state. Snaked out sewage line to outside house, scoped it out, left line partially plugged. Had them come back to open up line, again. They left raw sewage on floor which I had to clean up. I then had the city come out and they cleaned out solid grease from the line, which now flows.
