Description of Work: Refinish shower walls and floor and also vanity top. Installed new shower doors.

Description of Work: They refinished the bathtub and shower surround. The technician broke the tub spout/diverter, which caused a small flood damaging the ceiling below it. The company agreed to pay for the repairs. Also the tub finish flaked off in several spots just a couple of days after it was completed.

Description of Work: Miracle Method refinished a bathtub, a countertop, and a tile floor. I was very pleased with the professionalism of the technician. He obviously cared about his work, answered all questions, was polite, and took care to protect our home while working. Management was responsive to concerns and open to dialogue. I am very pleased with the product.

Description of Work: Miracle Method resurfaced our countertops in our kitchen. My wife and I were both under the impression that they would remove the sink and built-in stove top. However, when the tech arrived to do the work, he informed me that if I didn't remove the sink and stove top, he would tape (mask) around it. We wanted the resurfacing under the flanges, not up against them. A small miscommunication, however I had to scramble to remove the appliances. When they called to confirm the appointment, they should have clarified that at that point as well. When the tech was done, (in one day, not two as we were told) the countertops were as rough as sandpaper, or at least rough-sawn wood. Not being happy with that, we called the company. The owner was contacted and swiftly called me back. He send his lead tech out the next day who sanded the surface down and put a fresh coat of finish on it. Evidently, the first tech was supposed to have me "feel the texture" before he applied the final coat. And he never sanded it smooth. The final coat (satin), applied by the lead tech, left subtle streaks, as if the finish was not applied evenly. However, we have no interest in having our kitchen out of order for another two days, so it will have to do. Also, the original tech left our new garbage can in the room and it got sprayed pretty good. For the most part, we are happy with the job and would use them again (now that we know what to expect). Suggestions if you use them: Have your sink and any other items taken out prior to the start of of the job. Make sure you feel the texture BEFORE they put the finish coat on. |Make sure you remove anything from the room you don't want accidentally painted. | |

Description of Work: Miracle Method completely resurfaced my 2 full baths and powder room- laminate counters, tubs, tile surrounds and tile floors. The bathrooms are now fresh, updated and beautiful with all 3 done for less cost than updating one traditionally.
