Mike Williams Electric did a very quick & professional installation of an EV charger in my garage! Mike communicated clearly throughout the job, and gave me good advice on the choice of hardware. Once we agreed to the work, he got us scheduled us within a few days. He also took care of the $1000 rebate from GE, which kept things simple & cheap for me, and gave me a good deal. His team was quick, clean and courteous on the install. Thanks!

Mike Williams responded to my call very quickly. He identified the problem immediately left for a short period of time and came back with the parts needed to make the repair. My house hold was up and running within the hour. I strongly recommend Mike not only because of his work ethics his rate was very reasonable . Needless to say I have passed on his name and phone number to friends for future reference

Professional. Did the job right and used good products

Very well...work went pretty quickly despite it being a really old house with some questionable and extremely dated wiring. Mike explained everything before hand including why he went in the direction he did when he had several options of fixing a problem. Extremely satisfied with the experience.

Mike and his sons were excellent from start to finish. They worked quickly and efficiently. Mike answered my calls very quickly and answered by name, which is a nice touch. Starting from the time of our in-home estimate I knew Mike would be our electrician, he's down to earth and takes to time to not only listen to what you have to say, but also explain in great detail how he's going to accomplish it. That said, one of his sons is an apprentice, so he worked on our our outlets, while his other son is a runner, and together they all work like well-oiled machine. Like I said before, quickly and efficiently. His quote was VERY fair for the amount of work they provided. I have no problems recommending Mike and his sons to ANYBODY who needs electrical work done. One of the huge selling points for us was his knowledge and experience of older homes, which is what we have (built in 1919). All that said, I know we just found our family electrician, and we'll be calling him up on some other projects we have planned in the future. Thank you, Mike!

When a tree took out or service line and left our family of five without power, Mike was the first professional to respond. What took other contractors and organizations over a week to communicate (let alone show up), Mike and his boys provided a quote on Friday and finished the job Monday. RG&E arrived several days later, and was finally able to reconnect power to our home. Mike understood the impact that operating without Power has on a family, and he prioritized accordingly. We found him professional, prompt, and personable. The trust we have in Mike after his performance allows written recommendation without pause. I look forward to the next time I have the privilege to interact with Mike Williams Electric.

Took extra time to find several problems and repair. He didn't rush the job and we were very pleased with his work. We have several houses, all old victorian, we have found he is the best person to work on them.

Mike had it fixed in about 30 minutes.

I would have to disagree with the reviewer that said Mike did not like challenges. We presented him with one and he came through with flying colors. We had a small dining area that needed a ceiling light fixture but access to that area via an attic or overhead crawl space was non existent which meant it had to be done through holes in the dining room wall and ceiling in order to run wires from the new fixture to existing electric in the wall. There were beams up in the ceiling that had to be worked around and he at first thought there might be as many as 4 holes needed which in turn would need patching and the holes on the ceiling would need to match a pattern. It took him a good part of the day but was able to accomplish the job with only 2 small holes. He also added two dimmer switches for us. He was careful and he cleaned up after himself leaving me with only a small amount of dust to wipe up. One of the pendant lights did not work out of the box but he took it apart and found the problem and fixed it. He also replaced a couple of outlets in another room. We were satisfied with his work and are planning on using him again in the future.

An enjoyable visit. Mike didn't mind explaining it to me as he figured out what happened and how to fix it. I can see how it would have been beyond the ability of the original contractor to make it all work. Mike is very competent and I trust his judgement completely.

Only real complaints were that they arrived w/o the ladder needed for the job (although we had talked about that beforehand, and they installed an outlet in not EXACTLY the right location. I would recommend taking a picture and circling the install location to avoid things like that. All actual work was very neat and professional.
