I have rentals and they are reliable and honest. If heart goes out they make it over same day to fix it. I have had them put in and or repair furnaces with never a problem but what really made me love them is my Mother's furnace stopped working and I called and said she had no heat and unlike the other company I called who said it would be three days to get out to fix, Mo at Boccacino said "they would be there that day because your Mom should not be without heat." They did not charge me more for same day and they got her toasty warm again in a few hours. What a caring company. I recommend them to everyone. Heads above the rest by far.

Starter capacitor failed on a 30-year-old York AC compressor. Technician Steve arrived early for the scheduled service call. He diagnosed and replaced the failed capacitor in less than five minutes and then verified that the air conditioner was cooling properly. Highly recommended. Thank you Boccacino.

We are very sorry you were unhappy with our service. I appreciate you taking the time to explain your perspective to me when I called you to discuss your review. We take all customer feedback very seriously. It's important to us that we thoroughly understand your experience, and you have the chance to hear our viewpoint, directly from the owners. We set up an appointment to come have a look at the fireplace so we could get a material list. You had said that you felt the first trip was unnecessary because it was a standard parts list, but while the conversion we were doing was not uncommon, each fireplace tends to require different parts to complete successfully. After getting the list together, on a trip which we didn't charge you for, we ordered the parts. We were heading into the busiest time of year, so rather than wait until the parts arrived to schedule your appointment, which could have significantly delayed the date we could get back to you, we scheduled it in anticipation of their arrival. We were comfortable with this because we've worked with our supplier for 20 years and they have provided exceptional service to us. The afternoon of the second appointment we went to pick up the parts and discovered our supplier forgot to order them. Our supplier talked to you and told you it was his fault, not ours that the parts were not ordered. I appreciated that he took responsibility and answered for his mistake honestly. They have been incredibly reliable over our long tenure of working with them, so I'm genuinely sorry that your job resulted in a mistake on their part. You had also mentioned that you were upset because you took a half a day off and we could not complete the work. You felt as though we should have called to make sure the parts were in. We have never had them forget to order parts before, so we didn't feel it was necessary to call ahead. In the future, we will now call and check because of this situation. We understand that stepping away from our busy lives can be very difficult, so we never ask our customer to stay home and wait for us. We always call our customers when we are on our way to make sure that our customers miss the absolute minimum amount of time from the regular lives to take care of their home. We work with people in a broad variety of professional situations, and cover a pretty wide geography, so we have developed the ability to accommodate virtually every situation over the years. I'm sorry that you feel that we didn't meet your needs satisfactorily, but we feel that we've done everything in our power to provide you the best service possible given how circumstances unfolded.

Bought my furnace and central air system from Boccacino years ago. It died suddenly and I didn't know whether to repair or replace. Immediate response, good answers to all my questions about my options. I chose repair, which was done quickly and explained thoroughly in a way I could understand. Will definitely go with Boccacino for my next furnace.

Three technicians arrived at the appointed time. They explained what was to be installed. They were professional, well mannered, and polite. Work was done thoroughly with great attention to detail, as far as the placement of ancillary equipment. On a scale of 1 to 10, a solid 10

Description of Work: Went well, Air conditioning unit failed late in the evening, called and came out late in the afternoon the following day. Really thought I would need a new unit, turned out to be simple part replacement. Very happy with services. They are very busy so are often late, but will show up eventually. Have used them a few times over the past few years, always good service. I do recommend them

good. did all work as described in contract efficiently and provided good support services. would use again.
Description of Work: installed York 95% h/e gas furnace; 15 seer a/c, media air cleaner and humidifer. removed and disposed of all old hvac system. performed all work as described in contract; came on time and cleaned premises upon completion of job. estimate was lower than 2 other York contractors in area. one week after installation; furnace stopped working--called them and they came down within 24 hours and repaired unit--no problems since. would use them for my hvac needs again.

Description of Work: Dan was excellent, arrived on time, checked a/c unit....immediately new what was wrong, repaired it and left in less than one hour and prorated the time.......exceptional level of service.

Everything is working as it should. They saved us big money and I thank them for their extra effort!
Description of Work: Our 15 year old Heat Pump failed when the weather go very hot. The tech tried to revive the system but the compressor was burned out and would not start. He had the office call me to discuss what the next steps would be. Our old outdoor unit used R22 and the latest outdoor units were not compatible with our old indoor air-handler. We either had to replace the complete system or replace just the compressor. Replacing just the compressor meant that everything else outside would still be 15 years old and waiting to breakdown. Boccacino was able to locate a complete brand new outdoor unit that was compatible with our old system for just a few hundred dollars more than just the compressor. We waited a few days for them to get the new unit. Once it arrived they installed it in a few hours.

In late 2011, the heat pump went out. They tried to refurbish what was there, but it didn't work. They decided to then replace the heat pump in April 2012 and now everything is running just fine. I waited to get into the summer season to make sure it's working properly and it's been working great. They were very good about working with me to get this resolved. They worked with the manufacturer of the unit to try to troubleshoot what was wrong. They replaced coils and did other things, too, but ultimately decided a new heat pump was in order.
Description of Work: In 2008, I had everything replaced including the furnace and air conditioning unit.

Excellent service...very professional.......and very reasonable! They are the best and I will recommend them to my family and ALL my friends!
Description of Work: Replaced my YORK heat pump (A/C Compressor), inside coil, and digital thermostat. They arrived right on time and worked approximately 4 hours. The technicians were very cordial and very professional. When they had completed the job they cleaned up my basement and took away all the old parts including the old A/C Compressor. It was like they were never there. The invoice was exactly what the estimate stated. I highly recommend Boccacino Heating & Cooling. Their techs know what they are doing. They are qualified and highly trained.

This was a difficult job as the unit is older and a needed part is no longer made. The tech was great abt getting the unit working on the first call, then locating a part and returning to finalize the work. The unit has been operating well all winter! I've used this company for the last several years and have been very happy with them.
