MARTIN IPPOLITO

I don't have an exact date for this service, but I believe it was last August. I bought a replacement hanging light to install over my dining room table to replace an older model that was no longer functioning as it should. Mr. Ippolito arrived and took the old light down. He then discovered that the old light didn't have a grounding wire and the new one did, so he needed a new part that the grounding wire would screw onto. He said he would have to get the part and finish the job later. We live less than 3 miles from Home Depot, so we suggested he just drive there, pick up the part and come back. He hem-hawed around and said he'd return later. Fine. He reinstalled the old light and took off. He never returned. He didn't charge us anything, but he never contacted us again. We finally got a referral to an excellent electrician who did the job (including clean-up) for $50! I would never contact Ippolito again for anything.

He was recommended to me. He came out right away and did good work. It took him a couple of hours and he replaced about 4 outlets, plus replacing and adding some original wiring.
