He has taken trees down for us before and asked him to come out for an estimate for some additional work. We had asked if he would give us an estimate before doing any of the work but he went ahead and cut the trees down without our approval.

The tree work was done very well. Our original agreement did not include removal of shrubs, as it was my understanding that since I cut the shrubs out, they would grind these stumps along with the two tree stumps. Since I was not home when the work was completed, I learned that we were charged significantly more to grind out the shrub stumps. Had I known this would have been an extra charge that was several hundred dollars more than I had budgeted, I would have sought out other quotes that were more competitive. We paid for the work, however, I disputed these ''extra charges'' that I never agreed to in the initial proposal. Large ruts were left in our lawn from the tree stump grinder machine, which were not repaired or re-seeded. This was not something I expected.

Mark Tree & Landscaping was accommodating. We had leftover brick pavers so they agreed to make it bigger and not charge more. I used them before for landscaping and was very satisfied. I am confident they do great work without me having to watch over them.

This man is reliable and professional. I do not have to worry about him tearing up my yard or running into anything. His prices are a little more but the other companies I hired were less expensive but less professional and reliable.

Marks Tree & Landscaping has a good price for our area. I have been using him for one year. I would recommend them to others.
