We had a fairly challenging appraisal to be performed and it took longer than we expected to get the results back. Gloria did a very thorough job of documenting the appraisal and we were pleased overall with the completed appraisal. She was the only one who took the initiative to contact us directly from our inquiry for Appraisal and that meant something to us.
