They adhered to the timeline we set together, cleaned up after each full day's work and explained and recommended specific portions of the job that we didn't have the expertise to decide. Their professionalism started with the owner, who worked with his excellent crew every day. They did a terrific job. We've had so many compliments on the project and would recommend their expertise to anyone!

I was very impressed with LST Construction. They were easy to work with and did a great job. I also found them to be very honest. I had initially called them about having an entire set of brick and concrete steps replaced, but Larry said he thought only one step needed to be replaced and the others just needed some minor repairs. I was very impressed that he lowered the scope of the work (and the cost) from what we thought we needed.

Terribly! I wanted the work done at my office. On 15th he started the work. On the 22nd of July he did the concrete finish. He said that the caution tape could come down on Monday July 25th first thing in the morning. At night time, I discovered there were tire tracks all over the concrete from clients and myself. The concrete was in fact not dry- I have concrete tire tracks in my garage, concrete on my brick side walk, and concrete on my tires. There are also a couple places that have mounds of concrete- not smoothed out on my property. I tried to contact Larry to go over my concerns, and he has yet to respond and it's been over a week since I first called. I am now having to file a business insurance claim to cover the damages.
