Louis and the members of his installation team, especially Rob, were timely, thorough, and very professional. They know what they are doing and do it very well. They left to area spotless.

The appointment was originally set up for Monday when I made the emergency request on Friday afternoon, no later than 15 minutes after submitting for the quote, louis called and came to get my A/C running again until we got the parts to fix it. Great service and I will definitely go back to him.

Loyalty Heating has been my HVAC tech. company for several years. I like having an annual maintenance contract for cleaning and servicing of my furnace every January and my A/C system every May. They also do the cleaning and servicing of my gas fireplace. I've been consistently pleased with their service. I highly recommend them.

Lou has been our HVAC contractor since we moved into our house in 2015. He and his team recently replaced the water heater and furnace, installed a traditional central AC unit as well as 3 ductless heating/AC units. It was a huge job and they had the equipment here within a few days. It took them less time than I thought, and they did an amazing job! We are very happy with the work and the price and Lou walked us through everything and answered all our questions. He is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. We will definitely only be calling Lou in the future.

We used them for a repair in October. We used them today for a reinstallation of our gas fireplace after it had to be removed due to a beehive. They were on time, knowledgeable and professional. We are having them back for routine service in the fall.

Absolutely amazing customer service. I needed a new motor for my furnace. Lou came and fixed it super quick. I end d up having another issue and he came back. He showed me how to temporarily fix the issue if it happened again and he said he would look into a permanent solution. Sure enough he called the next day with the answer. He stopped by the next time he was n the area which was only a few days later and fixed the issue. Instead of trying to just fix something he got the answer he really needed saving me a ton of money. Super nice guy.

Lou was excellent keeping us updated on his arrival time. Did a very thorough job. Was very conscientious about leaving his work area clean. We are very happy with the service he provided and will use his services again!!
