Excellent experience. I' Very unfamiliar with steam heat and the rpofessional totally "serviced" my boiler and showed me the basics on how to relight the pilot and furnace if it happens to go out. He is coming back on 10/14 to clean the woodstove himney as the weather (rain) prevented him from safely going up on the roof to clean the chimney. He also suggested I place a cap on my regular chimney to prevent leaves and twigs from clogging it, so he's going to do that too upon his return. Very excellent service, very sincere, extremely courteous. I am so glad to have been introduced to him and the service his company provides. "14 star" rat

The technician/.owner came out the day before to service the hot water heater which was 10 years old. Because I wanted to replace the old model with an upgrade, the technician repaired the old one temporarily so that my family would have hot water that night. He returned the next morning as promised with the new hot water heater which he installed and cleaned up the area after he was done. He even cleaned our storm drain outside the house to allow the water from the old water heater to drain...I was impressed...and it was not extra charge. I also had the technician clean the furnance...the furnance is 30 years old, but now it looks like its about 15 years old. He removed all parts, cleaned and dry each. I am so pleased with the job done by Lloyalty heating and cooling, its not every day you see folks take that much pride in their work. I also signed up for the maintenance plan for my furnance and plan to have Loyalty replace it with a newer model in the Spring. Thanks, a loyal customer

The service technician was very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Because of that, I would certainly recommend the service. However, my one complaint is that on both visits, he was more than 30 minutes late. Fortunately, I didn't have any other appointments scheduled so it wasn't a HUGE inconvenience, but promptness is important.

While the owner was very polite, after spending $1,300 he could not fix the problem. I contracted with another company who was able to repair the problem for less than $300.00 Prices are too high and not knowledgeable enough.

Louis was excellent! Very patient with my many questions. Very quickly got the hot water going again.
