The fellas that came to my house were friendly and knowledgeable. Did a good job in timely way. Cleaned up after themselves.

Got the job done. Didn't push for us to replace the unit (it's 19 years old)...was able to replace a few parts. Good as new.

The staff at Loyalty were responsive to my original request, mindful to keep me informed about the status of their schedule relative to visiting my home and were great about walking me through what they found in my system and what my options were. The crew at my house were respectful and worked on a day when the adjusted temp was over 100 degrees. Loyalty ended up replacing my furnace, air conditioning and water heater. They were respectful, thorough and took the time to educate me about the details of my systems and their maintenance. They came back a year later to check on the systems and perform annual maintenance.
