couldn't check on problem with the hot water heater at this time ,will wait until the problem arises again to check the code out , and let them know.

Came out in the coldest of the cold winter weather (my water heater had failed during the winter cold), with his assistant. Replaced the expensive control valve system, replace the vapor detector, water heater was working again, though I had to unfreeze the hot water pipes slowly over the course of the next 24 hours.

The price was way out of line. I knew what the actual water heater was going to cost so the rest was labor. $1300 labor to put in a water heater, really?

Lou was very thorough and methodical in diagnosing the problem. Once diagnosed, he removed all parts of the gas burning fireplace (including logs,embers, and glass front) and cleaned them. He also spent considerable time explaining the workings of the pilot light, the blower and the flame adjuster. I can honestly say the fireplace has never looked better and his price was very reasonable. I would rehire in a minute should another issue present itself. Roger B
