I am a recent widow living on a fixed budget and I know very little about furnaces . Louis really went out of his way to help me understand what I needed to do and when, as well as finding me an affordable furnace, Lou was great about meeting with me very soon after I contacted him. He got the project started right away and his crew were always prompt and worked around my schedule. The whole project was done very quickly .And all the debris was removed. Everyone on the crew was friendly and helpful. This is a great company to work with.

Service call was on time, despite wintry weather and our location an hour south of Rochester. Our gas fireplace had never been serviced in 11 years, and I must say it now looks as good as new and is working properly (the gas jets needed to be cleaned). Loyalty even cleaned the glass inside and out - and did nice neat work - wore booties in the house and vacuumed after they were finished. It was easy to schedule the appointment and they were willing to come out on a Saturday. Much appreciated!

Louie called within 30 seconds of me getting off the phone with HomeAdvisor, and had an appoitment set up within the week. He called prior to showing up, to make sure someone was going to be there. Cleaned the boiler, and offered to vacuum out the gas fireplace as well. Easy, fast and polite. Definitely will go with them again in teh future.

Showed up on time, did what was expected. Did not try to fix something that did not need fixing.

a delight

The service was excellent. I needed to replace the glass on my gas fireplace that was 20+ years old. They were able to find the parts and were prompt in the service. They replaced the glass, cleaned the fireplace, and cleaned up after themselves. The fireplace looks like new !!!
