Lowes called the day of delivery and said it would be delivered on the 27th of December, that is 9 days after the 24 hour delivery. We told the man that was not acceptable. He than changed it to the 24th, Christmas eve. I told him that was not acceptable either. He said with the holiday they were busy. I reminded him I was told 24 hour delivery. He than said he could squeeze me in on the 21st. He also asked what the problem was that I did I have a working refrigerator. I told him no that is why I bought a new one. We then went into Lowes in Greece and talked to customer service. She didn't care about the situation either. Just stated that they always say they delivery appliances in 24 hours but usually don't do as they state in their ads or on the phone.

Price was reasonable. It was better than any price that anybody on Angie's List gave me. The contractor was very very nice. They were very courteous.

It was fine. I haven’t used the cards yet. It was a big deal purchase. There were no additional charges. Actually, there was no quality of service involved because it was a gift card.

The called me the day I was supposed to receive it, they told me the one they had had a small dent in it. It did not go through the door, so it was supposedly a cosmetic thing. I asked for a guarantee in writing that it would not affect the work. They would not guarantee this for me, so I got a new one from them. It sounded very loud compared to what I had read about in Consumer Report. After two days, the freezer worked, but the refridgerator would not turn down. The people at Lowes told me to turn the temperature down, but it still was in the danger zone. When I called them, they just said to turn it down some more. Now they are replacing it again, but Lowe's has really been with me the whole way. The drivers have really stuck up with me and the guy in the appliance department has been working to get me a new model.

I forget the gentleman’s name, but he did a great job. He was very informative and he was quick.

The pricing is comparable and they have good quality stuff. If your in the store and you need something someone comes right away and helps you. I asked questions about how difficult it would be to put in the fencing and they helped me with that and answered my questions.

The first vanity arrived with a scratched top which they replaced without a problem. The installer removed the existing toilet and vanity so I could paint, and were very accommodating to my need to repair existing wall damage prior to the installation. Their communication was excellent and I was very pleased with the quality of the work the installer did.

The workers there are very reasonable when I was standing in the plumbing isle. I had no idea what I was looking for and a nice young man came up to me and found exactly what I needed. He was very knowledgeable. I couldn't believe it because I have never went to a place that had customer service like that. I don't know how much it was all together but it came out to be a good price.

He was very thorough, as he came first to measure the opening. He wanted to make sure the correct size of door was being ordered. The installer was well trained, and he specializes in storm door installations. Overall, I was very pleased with the entire experience with Lowe's.

Lowes did an okay job. The contractor arrived on time, and he was very polite. I was happy with the work that he did. My door looks great.

Lowes damaged my stove during the remodeling. They also had inaccurate measurements and had to redo parts of the job several times. I would never go to their store again.

I thought that the installer Lowes sent did an excellent job. I was impressed by the way he did the work and that he cleaned up after himself so well. I thought he was courteous too.

It is good carpeting and the Lowe's workers treated us well, but the installers were not the best. They left dings in a wall and you can see some seams. It does not seem to be glued down well. It was an acceptable installation but not what we expected.

I had a great experience with Lowes. The work was very good. I would highly recommend them based upon my experience.
