Estimate for work was completed timely. On the day of service they arrived on schedule, started work immediately and were friendly. Everyone was neat and efficient as they worked inside and outside our home. Windows looked great when they finished.

Lilac was not able to provide window cleaning within the same week that I had hoped to have them done. However, when they did come out to my home, they were punctual and professional. The price quoted was very high, and I was able to schedule quickly with another company who gave me a price around $100 less and did a good job.

Tammy came first and gave us an estimate. She was friendly and professional. She explained the procedure. She called me and set a date. The crew arrived on time and got right to work. They did a good job. Before paying I checked the work and there was one window in the basement which didn't get cleaned and one which had a small area at the bottom not cleaned well. I told the foreman, who apologized profusely. He took care of one window and asked a worker to clean the other. They got right to work and did their job. The couple of areas missed in my opinion, were minor and easily fixed. I think any other cleaning crew may have the same situation so I don't fautl them at all. I would definately use them again.

They were alright. I haven't used them since my last service because I thought they were expensive, even though they may be in the ball park. It was just an OK experience. I spent $200 for my upstairs windows. They arrived on time and they didn't make a mess.

Outstanding team of two men; very professional in demeanor, work, communication,. Extremely pleased with the team's work and results. Only and quot;flawand quot; was that the office ought to have alerted me ahead of time that the team would be delayed. I had been told to expect a half hour lee-way either side of scheduled time which was 1:00 pm. However, they did not arr.ive until 2:30 pm. I had called the office at 1:45 pm to inquire if they were on the way The person who answered the phone said she would check on where they were - and get back to me - which she did - and told me they would arrive by 2:30 pm. which they did. Later in the afternoon, following job completion, the office called to inquire whether or no I was pleased with the work - and apologized for the delay.. This was well received. I shall call them Monday to report what an excellent job was done iin a most professional manner. (I have used this company in past years and have always/all ways been very pleased with their performance and pricing..)

Lilac responded promptly to my call and gave me a two day window when they would arrive. They came on the second day. They have cleaned my gutters and skylights before and even had notes from the people who lived in the house before us. They left the garbage bags of material neatly next to our garbage can. They also called to let me know that one of our skylights had a cracked seal which we were able to repair. We continue to be pleased with their work and will hire them again.

Description of Work: I phoned Lilac Window cleaning service and James came out within two days to look at the house and give us an estimate. The job was completed the very next day!! it is a 60 year old house and the windows had never been washed professionally. We are very pleased with the result!!!! It looks as if there is no glass in the windows!! The two workers were very professional and efficient. They arrived on time and the job was completed within the estimated time!

They were very responsive to the request for an estimate. They had performed similar work at my home previously and brought records from those occurances. The people who did the window cleaning were very personable and professional. They did an excellent job and I would certainly hire them again.

Wonderful service from the three gentlemen who came to our house. The team was punctual, professional, courteous, and very efficient. Their price was the highest of the estimates that we had collected, but their service and attention to detail more than made up the difference. After my first phone call I recieved a written estimate in the mail within a week, I called them to book a date and the day before they were scheduled to come I got a follow up call to confirm. They arrived on time, were pleasent and polite did an outstanding job on all of my upstairs windows, storms and screens. I will definately be using them next year.

They were polite and very thorough. We used them this year and last year. We have a big house with a lot of windows. They were slightly late, but they called us and let us know in advance that they would be late. That was shocking because most people in the trade don't do that. We found them to be good. They did a great job for us. The price was a little high, but they provided great service. It was wonderful.

Very prompt in coming out and giving estimate It was drizzling the day of the first appointment but we got no call cancelling We had to call twice to get a new appointment When they did come they did a great job, very professional, even cleaned our front door glass which was behind a screen that could not be removed I would recommend them and would use them again.

George and Adam arrived on time and finished in under three hours. The windows look great! They were neat, careful, and professional. We had a second estimate for approximately half the cost, but went with Lilac based on the professionalism of the operation. The savings would have been nice, but we're totally satisfied with Lilac and we got our money's worth.
