I was unhappy with his manner and price. He wanted to install new equipment when I have existing equipement. When he got the impression that I was unhappy with his quote he left quickly.
Description of Work: I had them come out give me an estimate on restarting an exisiting system.

Complainant currently under contract with ADT until 12/2011 at approx $35/mo and wanted to reduce his monthly monitoring costs. I offered the customer a $19.95/mo monitoring fee which was amicable. The complainant signed a contract in 2008, which he did produce, that states his current provider (ADT) owns the equipment (see fine print, Gabe). He would have to purchase a new control unit ($195) and two (2) new keypads ($100) and have our company install said ($400) equipment. I offered complainant a payment plan or out of pocket investment; neither of which was appealing. I felt there was no further room for a negotiable price as $695 was a fair. Complainant explained that he will look at other options and showed me the way out.

The security system was installed in an efficient and timely manner. They worked closely with me to understand our home and designed a comprehensive plan to maximize the protection. They installed the components in a professional manner and cleaned up afterward which is very important to us. Last but not least, they provided customized training to our family to ensure we know how to use the system correctly.
Description of Work: Installation of home security system including smoke and burglary detection. I was impressed at their ability to install the system in my 3 story house using a combination of both wired and wireless components. They recommended a Honeywell system which includes state of the art features which I found to be an excellent match for our needs.
