KEVIN & RUSS DRIVEWAY SEALING

I choose a company (Long Life Asphalt Paving) to put in a new driveway last summer based on the recommendation of Kevin and Russ. Long Life did a terrible job; I would not have chosen them without the recommendation from Kevin and Russ. I contacted Kevin and Russ for an estimate to seal the driveway this year, and was told they'd send someone out and provide that. After 2 weeks I had not received an estimate and called again and had to leave a message since no one is ever in the office. I've received no estimate and no response from them

They plowed driveway whenever needed plus we have a contract. Driver noticed problem with ice on our driveway and brought some ice-melt for us to use when our friend's vehicle could not make it up the hill. This was very thoughtful.

He did not recommend sealing this driveway this year as there was too much sealer from a previous contractor. He would do it if we wished but recommended waiting a year. He will send us a reminder in 2016. This is refreshing and appreciated1

On 7/10/14 I called to request an estimate for driveway sealing. I was told we would receive an estimate by 7/19/14. On July 21, I called for an update as we had not received the promised estimate. Anne remembered our first conversation and said she would check into the status of the original estimate request. No response or call back was received. Subsequently, we had the work done by another business. Here it is September 30, and we receive a (slick) mailing with some marketing materials, indicating they are and quot;buried, for nowand quot;, indicating that fall temperatures are not conducive for driveway sealing and that they would give us priority scheduling in the spring. Seriously? I don't think so. We only do business with contractors who do what they say they will do when they say they will do it (or very close to that time frame when there are legitimate reasons for a delay). You lost our business -- not just for now but in the future as well. As an aside, Anne (in the office) was very pleasant. Too bad the business is run poorly.

The job was done in a highly professionally manner and the driveway looks really good. I had many cracks on the driveway, which were filled in well. I was on vacation when the job was done, and there was a package left on my front steps and it had rained the previous day, so the package got soaked. The sealer took time to move my package into a shed in my backyard to prevent further damage to it. There was a delay in getting the job done initially because the professional equipment that is used for hot crack filling had broken. The company did reschedule my appointment and was very apologetic and professional about the whole thing though. Will definitely have them do the job again in the future.

The actual date needed to rescheduled a few times as the weather was not cooperating, but as explained to me, the goal was to do the job right and not rush to do it just to get it done.

Excellent job, I have used Kevin and Russ Driveway Sealers since I bought my home in 1980. Always a great job.

They came out to do a driveway. I would highly recommend them.

I liked that they were professional. They came when they said they were going to come. They did a good job.

They are very careful. They do a fairly quick job but they do take their time where it doesn't get everywhere. They watch the weather to make sure the job can be done correctly. They are professional, efficient, reliable, punctual, and reasonable pricing. I will continue to do business and would highly recommend them others.

Two pros, did the work quickly and thouroughly.

They said they would come out and give me an estimate in a week. Three weeks later they still have not shown up. I have called them twice since then, and the lady who answered seemed very nice and apologetic, but they still haven't come out.

They were very professional and very neat. They left me literature and a brochure when they were done. They were very thorough and explained everything to me. I had a great feeling about them after I used them. It was a difficult job because it is not a single or double driveway and they handled it well. I have recommended them to everyone already. They also kept in well informed of what they were doing.

Kevin and Russ Driveway does very good work. We have had them work for us in the past. We would recommend them to others.
