It is a living nightmare! One year of trying to contact Dino and his partner Pat. They showed up to take the money and then disappeared with smiles on their faces. This is a scam organization. They never showed up to do the work as stated in the contract nor did the construction company show to do the work. They never did anything nor did they deliver any of the cabinets, toilets, counter, vanity, closets, ect. I had to hire a licensed plumber to do the plumbing because they work with an unlicensed plumber. They sent two outdoor landscapers to do the job after I complained to the BBB four months after they didn't show up to do the work. The outdoor landscapers had no clue how to put up a shower and as a result the tile and backboard needs to be torn down as well as the drywall in the bathroom. They quit and walked away after I pointed out to them their inferior work. The fixtures that I purchased were taken for the shower were stolen and now I must not only hire a new contractor and pay for a complete gut and total remodel but Keen Design scammed me for over $7,000 and to date has gotten away with it. Design has scammed not only homeowners but the people they subcontract to do work with. They shutdown their last business and opened up under a new name. I don't know how the Town of Brighton allows them to conduct fraud in their town. Perhaps the town supervisor needs to be contacted to shut them down.

This company is the worst in customer support and help. They need to be turned into the BBB.

Took a while to get the service but once I got his attention Dino did a fantastic job. Not only a great design but saved a ton of money. Paid almost nothing for the design and got big discounts (20-35%) from the stores they use to supply materials--I would have paid much more without Keen and I would not have gotten their design help either.

I think this is the same question as "what did they do"? IT all went well. The design phase did take a little longer (almost 3 weeks) than expected but it was well worth it.

We started our kitchen remodel with Keen after seeing one of their advertisements. They worked with us on the kitchen layout and overalll design. This process took about 1 1/2 weeks and was very collaborative. My wife felt very easy in calling hem and going over design s and requesting revisions. After they got to the final draft we then moved on to picking material. We got to see all the material locally and it was nice to have an expert put the look together. As much as anything elase (not to sound cheap) we found the pricing to be very competitive. Compared to kraftmaid at home dept they came in under thier price for what we think is a better cabinet. Loved it and have already referred them and plan on using them for our bath!
