Description of Work: Repaired damage to porch caused by carpenter ants. The nature of the job could not be determined until he had started the work so an estimate was not really possible. He kept us informed at every step to explain what need to be done and showed where he intended to make repairs. He was very interested in doing what we wanted, not what he wanted. Like all good repairmen you have to wait until he is available, in our case about 6 weeks. The finished job is very nice an blends in with the areas not repaired.

+ 0 morework was good. difficult to work with. seemed easily agitated. was punctual. went in my refridgerator several times to put his gatorade in. he did not ask. i feel he should provisions for that. by day 2 i did tell him i was not comfortable with that. also went in my kitchen cabinet for a bowl to hold screws, withou asking. replaced dirty bowl in my cabinet. i was very upset and uncomfortable . does good work. i will never use services again
Description of Work: ireplaced 1 and installed door locks. installed ceiling fan, and chandalier, installed storm door, replaced door bell. replaced multiple switches. did not replace one correctly. i hand previously purchased swithes, 1 of them not being corrected. stated i was going shopping alone for switch whilr he stayed in my home alone. informed him i had only meet him 2 days ago and was not comfortable, he did work without correct switch. he did take a tv upstairs at no additional cost
