+ -1 moreAs for lawn care, they are very reliable. However, with the snow removal, they are not timely nor reliable. I have two separate agreements with them. One being the lawn care and the other for snow removal. They are somewhat on the costly side. This past winter, I had an incident in which I needed snow removal to my driveway completed by a certain time. I attempted to telephone them to leave a message. Their phone system was so overwhelmed that I could not even leave a message as it was full. Whether it be for lawn care or snow removal, they are difficult to contact.
Description of Work: I have a 30 x 50 foot lawn and I have a seasonal service agreement with them. On the most recent visit, they mowed and trimmed my lawn.

+ -1 moreWe have been getting John Morrill Landscaping for about 5 years and he comes weekly to do all the yard work. Very reliable. He cuts, blows and edges the yard; does great work.

+ -1 moreWe haven't had any problems at all. John Morrill Landscaping comes whenever it snows and we don't ever have to call. We have hired him every winter for about 5 years. He is very responsible and reliable.
