James also wlll help with any odd job around the house; gutters, minor electrical and plumbing work, power washing, gutter cleaning and yard work,ie "a jack of all trades." At the present time James gets $20.00 per hour, After April 1st, $25.00 per hour.
Description of Work: I have a sky light, 19 feet above the floor, James painted the top trim of the light and and clean up some trim work in my bathroom. I also had woodpeckers putting holes in my cedar trim. James patched up the holes and painted over the trim. He also touched up areas around my house that needed restaining.
