Description of Work: After moving into a new home, my wife and I called on Isaac to inspect and clean our furnace/ac. We also purchased their Gold Seal coverage as we benefited from having that in our former home. They are always professional and competent, and NEVER try to push anything on you. A great company.

Description of Work: Service was timely and professional to repair a gar fireplace that would not light, however, the fan worked. It was a simple screw adjustment and very expensive, however, something that needed to be fix. The repairman was friendly and professional.

As you described in your comments our representatives are always pleasant and professional, and that is something we take great pride in. When Isaac perform as a job, several of the things our clients never have to worry about is the quality of the work done, and of the people doing it. All of our employees are background checked, drug screened, mentored extensively, and attend over a hundred hours of training and education per year. They are professionals in a career and we put them first before everything else at Isaac. Most of our employees will have more formal education and training in their first 6 weeks at Isaac, than many of our competitors employees will have in a lifetime. This is all done to provide a superior product and experience, one that our clients and the community can clearly see. Are our prices sometimes more, absolutely. Description of Work: was intimidated by the mechanic. did not get clear answers ...I wished to know, as my hot water tank failed, whether to empty it or not. I did call the office though afterwards. I think the mechanic either was having a bad day or just not clear to me personally. would not hire again.

Description of Work: Have an oil furnace and a propane furnace. Did a great job cleaning the oil furnace and made many repairs to the propane furnace at minimal cost because I had the foresight to buy their gold seal protection plan. Did a great job including some electrical repairs needed because of damage caused during a power surge. Highly recommend this company.
