I had sent a request for an estimate twice, after the 2nd time I received this response "Hi, Thank you for your request. I will try to stop by your house within the next 2 days and work up an estimate. Would you like to meet together, or should I just stop by and leave it in your mailbox? Thanks, Jeff Riesenberger Irondequoit Landscape 370-2385" I wrote back and said that I was home at any time, to please call me when he had some time and included my phone number. Never heard anything back. About half a week went by and I had neither heard from nor seen him. I emailed again about 3 days ago and have heard nothing back still. I have very little respect for people who waste my time and are unresponsive after multiple attempts to contact. At this point I will not be using their service regardless of whether they ever do show up or not.

Overall, we are very satisfied with the process and the final result. During the estimation process, we discussed re-routing the sidewalk and our concern to ensure that the new landscape was properly graded with proper drainage. We felt that Irondequoit was straightforward in answering our questions and providing options for the layout and paver selection. The estimate was very competitive relative to estimates received from 3 other companies. The actual work took 2 days. During the first day, the old sidewalk was removed and the base for the new one was dug out and filled with sand. During the second day, the pavers were installed and the grading was completed. The crew arrived punctually each day, and cleaned up at the end. We had no complaints about the work and no mess to clean up. When the installation was complete, the foreman made a point to inform us about care and maintenance of the sidewalk. Again, we are very satisfied with the end product. Irondequoit's workers were highly professional and competent. We felt that they provided excellent value for the price. We would definitely use their services in the future, for general landscaping and larger projects.

I have had him for a long time now. They are very good. They are excellent. I saw them in the neighborhood and called them. They did a good job and I was pleased with what they did. The owner was a very nice person. I would rate them high overall and I will definitely use them again.

They were satisfactory not stupendous. They would always get back to us as soon as we called. We will not use them in the future.

It was a little hard to get a hold of them at the beginning but I persisted. They had to reschedule twice, but when they did come, they were very professional and worked extremely h****** a very hot day. They actually did more than I expected so I did give them a tip.

I would highly recommend this company to family and friends. I called the owner and he said this job was too small to do at this busy time. He was honest and up front with me and willing to try to still help me get what I needed done. He did reccommed someone who worked for him to do this small job. I called him and set this up. He came out gave me an estimate, which was reasonable and I thought was fair. He came when he was scheduled and did an excellant job. It looks great.

Their price is competitive. They are excellent people. They are highly professional and very considerate.

After initial visit returned with picture of how new landscape would look. Estimate was good and job done professionally. Jeff was fun to work with and price was right and looks great.

The work is not done yet, but I have no doubts about this company from my interactions with them so far!

It went very well overall. We were very pleased with their work, especially for the price. The only thing that we weren't happy with was that it took exceptionally long for them to come back and do the landscaping around the tree and lamppost which we originally had them figure into the quote. It was the middle of summer, however, so I am understanding as to the demands on landscapers at this time of year. We are planning on doing more work with them this coming spring.

They cleaned up very well, were very nice, came when they said they would, and were reasonably priced. I am very happy. They were at my home for an entire day. They were recommended by a neighbor for whom they made a beautiful patio. I talked to Jeff at least 3 times before they came over, he listened and was patient when I changed what I wanted to get done (3 times).

VERY POOR COMPANY REPRESENTATION. TWO YEARS, MULTIPLE CALLS, NO RESPONSE. THE ANIGIE'S LIST REPORTS MUST BE FABRICATED.

Irondequoit Lawn and Landscape did extensive work for a friend who highly recommended them to us. We were impressed from the get go. The presentation was great, the work was neat and excellent, and the finished product is beautiful. We are very satisfied.

They have been working for us for five to six years and I love the services that they do for us. They are very reasonable on the prices even though the gas is going up, they didn't raise the prices for regular customers.

Irondequoit does an excellent job. If I have any issues they correct the problem right away. The man who comes is a great person, and he does a great job. It's worth every penny.

Irondequoit is extremely courteous and flexible. One year I was having difficulty making ends meet and they set up a payment plan. One time a worker accidentally chopped up a heater panel for my pool and they replaced it immediately. A good company.
