+ -1 morePhone call to office on weekend showed there is no after hours response. Discussing issue on Monday had office asking for credit card number in order for any on-site response
Description of Work: Total failure of system caused dog to be shocked when leaving home. Company wanted credit card number for service call and expenses before sending repair technician and I objected. They are responsible for such failures and subsequent retraining of my dog who now will not go into the yard after these shocks occurred.

Description of Work: They put in an entire perimeter of invisible fence - front and back yard.

+ -1 moreI have a warranty and I do my batteries and stuff with them. They have battery plans where they will routinely mail batteries every 3 months for each collar. It is cheaper than buying the individual batteries plus they give discounts if you are a breeder or work with rescue or have some kind of business to send other people to them. I think it is between $60-$70 per collar. I am a breeder so I get the discount. I will absolutely continue to use them.
Description of Work: I used Invisible Fence of Western Rochester to install a fence. I recently talked to them about the batteries that the dogs wear.
