They were excellent. They were are careful handling our things and they were on time. They got more stuff in the truck than we thought they originally.

They are good on showing up on time. They work very quickly, but supervision is needed.

This is the third time that we have used Interior Movers. This experience, just as the previous ones, was very positive. Price was very reasonable, movers were careful with furniture, no damage, punctual and extremely friendly. Be aware that pressed-board furniture is susceptible to damage. You might sign a waiver that either the furniture will be taken apart or owner is responsible for damage. We had no damage however, everything went well.

Called last minute. They had a slot and could take care of my needs. They showed up a little late but did a tremendous job of moving what needed to be moved. Everything that needed to be padded or protected was and there were no damages. I would definately call them again when I need to move. On time, On budget.

We used their services to move from one house to another. While the staff that I worked with to schedule my appt was incredibly customer oriented and well organized, the service I received the day of the move was sub-par. The gentleman orchestrating the move were very polite, and friendly; however they were slower than expected, arrived late (which wasn't noted and we were still charged for the ten minutes), and took an abnormally long amount of time between locations, which we feel we overpaid for. The worst part of the experience has been that we suffered damage to a family heirloom during the move and still have not been able to receive any real response from the company on how to get our repair. We were assured prior to the start of the moev that they were insured, and upon realization of the damage, were once again assured that they would cover the repair. Two weeks later I have still not been able to receive any kind of estimate or trade worker sent to my home to actually do the repair. And I've put in multiple phone calls to the company, without much response - the one call I did receive indicated that they would only cover half of the repair; despite the fact that pads were not used and the damage ultimately could have been avoided. I have to admit I am overall pretty dissatisfied with my experience and could not recommend them in the future, despite they're great rates.

I called in a panic as I needed to move within the week. Interior Moving said that wouldn't be a problem and asked what day I would like to move. This was a relief already as I was expecting to have very restricted choices. They gave me the option to be a "second move" where they would call after the first job of the day was over. Two gentlemen and a truck showed up within 20 minutes of the call. The truck was loaded and unloaded incident free and the men were sociable and hard working. I feel like I got great value and was treated as a desired customer. There was a small billing error that was cleared up with a simple email. I received a very prompt response, just like when I called for help. Truth be told, this is my second good experience with Interior Moving Services, but I was not yet an Angie's List member the first time.

Movers arrived about 45 minutes late. The estimate in how much property I had to move was apparently miscalculated. They had to move one truckload, return for the rest and then move that. This resulted in spending quite a bit more time required for the move than estimated which resulted in the move costing me more than was estimated. The men doing the move were a bit sloppy in unloading, putting things were they didn't go. Additional time was spent correcting that which also added to the moving time and ultimately the cost.

Good. They were on time and friendly. They were unable to park in the front of the house so had to use the back which entailed a longer walk to the house, but gave no complaints. It took them more time than estimated, but I think that was due to the longer walk. Professional from the set-up call to the end.

Estimator arrived a little early, was thorough in reviewing the job and going over insurance, liability, etc. Movers arrived promptly packed things well and were careful moving things. Truck arrived the next day on time and the unpacking went smoothly. The furniture arrived in good shape. The actual cost was 15% below the original estimate. This is an excellent general moving company. I worried a little about damage as the furniture was quite old, but there was minimal wear and tear. I would use them again.

The company was able to accommodate my request for a Saturday move date with VERY short notice. The two movers arrived with their truck right on time. We took care of the brief paperwork, after which they moved the items. I was very impressed with the professionalism of the crew, and with the great care they took in handling the items they were moving. All in all, I was very satisfied with the service and the value. I would ABSOLUTELY work with Interior Moving Services again, should the need arise.

These guys were GREAT! The VP of the company came out--on time, properly attired, and prepared--walked through the whole house with us, and made detailed (and accurate!) estimates, based on various scenarios (we had everything packed; they had to pack some things; they had to pack everything, etc.). On moving day, they sent six movers (including their senior supervisor) and three huge trucks. The guys arrived right on time; they were polite and friendly; they worked like field hands; and they handled everything quickly and gently. NO breakage at all! They arrived at 8:00am--by 4:30pm everything was moved. They were prepared to specially wrap fragile items; they also brought boxes and cartons for any last-minute packing. At the new place, they very nicely placed all items of furniture, racks of clothing, etc. exactly where we wanted them (they were even gracious about our needing some things moved two or three times to get them in just the right place). They were perfect!
