They’re great.

After 4 visits (usually needing to wait one week for appointment); he still did not eradicate the problem. On the 4th visit, he clearly did not believe I was still hearing them above my head. He said he would have to put a camera up there to see "what we were dealing with." I do not want a family album; I wanted him to get rid of the critters. I ultimately was forced to hire another contractor (and pay another contract fee). So far, no more noises in my attic!

I have relied on IPM since 2004 and to say they are the best in the area is an understatement! Kennedy has always gone above and beyond, from explaining everything he does, answering all of my questions and making the time to fit me in to his schedule. I have had him come for different reasons over the years and he has taken care of and eliminated the problem every time. He is professional, knowledgeable, courteous and honest. There is no one else I would trust to handle even the smallest pest!

We are very pleased with Kennedy's work, as it appears all snakes are currently gone, and the barrier will prevent future access. Kennedy was both professional and friendly throughout the process. He quoted his fee on the first day - the charge for all the work. We would not hesitate to contact Kennedy again for any pest eradication problem. We would gladly recommend him to anyone.

We have been using Fresh Air Pest control for around 8 years, usually once per year. Kennedy has always done an excellent job. He is very knowledgeable about pest control, and uses minimally invasive or toxic techniques. He is very considerate of our requirements. One time the first treatment did not address the problem entirely, and Kennedy came right back out to resolve the problem at no extra charge. I highly recommend Fresh Air Pest Control.

Fresh Air Pest Control is the company I use to control bees around my house. Kennedy, the owner, comes out three times a year and treats the exterior of the house. This year, I had a hive of bees that appeared after my summer service from Kennedy. It was in a very difficult place to reach and took several visits before the problem was eradicated, but Kennedy never gave up. Because Kennedy guarantees each treatment for three months, there was no charge (or at least I haven't been charged to date). As always, Kennedy was very friendly and helpful. When he needed to attack the problem from inside the house, he assured me I'd be safe, did his best to clean up, and apologized for any mess he might have left. Kennedy knows how afraid I am of bees, but he did his best to reassure me that he could solve the problem and that I wouldn't have bees in my house. He is a great guy to work with.

They were excellent! Mr. Brayberry recommended internal treatment, plus ant proofing the exterior (sealing ceader clapboard siding). After 1 interior treatment, ants largely disappeared. I had them do a 2nd treatment ($80) just to be sure. They went away, and I haven't seen signs of ant infestation in 2 years since!

Fresh Air Pest Control is a great company, I have used them for 4 years. The service guy that comes out does a wonderful job, only comes out once a year, not like other companies that like to break the pocketbook.
