+ -1 moreI called iTile in June (early) and Sam Romano (the owner/tile installer) told me he was on a job that would take him till July. I asked him if my back splash could be next; he said yes. I called early in July and he told me that the job he was on had not finished and to call him the last week of July. I called the last week of July and he did not even return my call. Because of my commitment to him, I did not even look for an alternative until yesterday - two months lost.
Description of Work: The work - a tile back splash - was not done.

+ -1 moreThis guy does beautiful work. He has done my kitchen in the past as well. He did show up on time and finished exactly when he said he would be done. He is very reasonably priced and he did clean up well. He is very honest as well. He does get a little busy so call in advance.
Description of Work: I had him install 12 x 12 tiles on the floor in my guest bathroom. I did purchase the tile separately. He just did the installation of the flooring. The room is about 8 x 6.
