Work crew, Forest, Devon & Brenda was exceptional. Answering questions, old non-level natural gas generator pad had to be replaced (break old, reinforced concrete) thank you Forest, managing additional portable gasoline generator installation work went well, my concerns about mouse damage were delt with, and the job site was left very clean when completed.

They done an outstanding job.

Riley, Mike, and Forest not only installed a standby generator but cleaned the work area so you would never have known they were there. Installed a new electric service line and showed my wife and I how everything worked. Job well done.

Highly Recommend for Water Softener and installation! We were shopping around and Hurricane Home Solutions was the first to contact us. We set up an estimate and evaluation of our home within a couple of days. Jared was our rep. He was outstanding! He did not rush the process. He completed a thorough inspection of our homes needs and current water softener situation. He tested our water on the spot and explained the results with supporting research material. We booked our installation and they were to our home within two business days! Our installation team Mike R. and Mark were exceptional! Extremely professional and knowledgeable. They removed, installed, tested, and explained our new setup, completed a final check to verify their work and removed our old system and extra materials. The customer service from the office has been great! They are easy to contact, very personable, and very eager to ensure our satisfaction! I am extremely satisfied. Great crew of installers. Kevin did fantastic install on all electric systems. He never stopped for over 7 hours!! Rob and Riley did not stop working till job was done. Nice assistance from Al. on gas and electric line install. Suggestion: someone should review manuals with customer. Team did demonstrate start up of generator.
