Swindlers, do not hire this company. Mike and Megan try to game people and do work on my furnace that was totally illegal.

I called them and told them I needed a furnace tune up and that I would also need paperwork so that I could get the $50 RGE(utility company rebate). Justina told me i wouldn't need any paperwork for it and that she would take care of it after the service was completed and paid for and that I would have to take no further action. I asked if she was sure and she insisted that this was how they did it. needless to say I never got the $50. After weeks of hearing nothing I reached out to the people at the utility company that deals with the rebate and they have no record of anyone turning in any paper work for me. So I called High Performance and spoke to Justina again and she reassured me that it was still coming and that I would still get the $50. I never did, and by this time it was too late for me to submit it myself. The only reason I was using their company in the 1st place was so that I could get the work done before the rebate deadline and they completely failed at this and I never got my $50. Their technician was supposed to be here at 1pm and they didn't show up until after 6pm. I called their office every half hour until 6pm trying to find out if he was still coming. Someone finally told me that he WAS coming but that wasn't until after 4pm

I got a quote from them that was way too expensive. They wanted to charge me way too much and I was able to get the work done by another company for much much less.

They just finished up. Replaced our furnace after we called them last night when ours died.. A very knowledgeable person came out last night after 5:00. Took a look and diagnosed the issue. Recommended a York Furnace replacement. It was not surprising as the furnace was over 18 years old. We scheduled the install for today. They arrived early, laid tarps down as to not track in dirt, explained the process and got to work. They put up with the my barking dog as well. They were professional, timely, and explained all that needed explaining. Very pleased with the service. Exceptional experience and I will recommend them.

Not very good experience. They overcharged me on my credit card and I am trying to get the money refunded. They charged me $900 and someone else charged me $300.

Fast and professional. Gary and Phil worked quickly but with attention to detail. They removed the old furnace and a/c, adjusted the ducting, and installed the new furnace with vents and filter, installed new cut off for the a/c, and new mount. They also moved a gas line to a new location, remounted my existing zone control, and installed new thermostats. These guys really worked quickly, but I was very happy with their work. They were courteous and answered any questions I had about the new units. I would definitely use them again. One reason I used them was the 10 year LABOR warranty they offered with the new equipment. Most of the suppliers I looked at offered a parts warranty, but if you have had to have a failed furnace serviced in the middle of winter, it is not the parts cost but the labor cost that kills you. Overall, I was very satisfied. They did what they promised in a fast, professional and courteous manner.

I had my furnace cleaned and it was recommended that I get a new motor, as it was running hot. After ordering the part the motor was installed a couple weeks later. Everything went well. Joe-the technician- was very polite and professional. Wonderful customer service! Thanks

THey did their part, but the unit may be too small for my house. It has a hard time changing the temperature when it is cold outside.

They were fine. They were pleasant. I had to upgrade because it was not the same as it was supposed to be because it was for gas and mine was an oil furnace, but they took care of me anyway. I do not remember anything being bad. They were good. My furnace is working fine.

He came out after hours. It was probably 10 o’clock at night. He came right out and he evaluated the issue very quickly. He was very thorough in explaining to me what the problem was. He didn’t have the part that day. He came out early the next morning with the part to be replaced. He was right on the ball.

The guys who did the work were very friendly.. After some mistakes made on initial charge owner called me after leaving review and explained and offered to send out refund. Absolutely top notch customer service!

They had it all. They were technically good. They knew their jobs, they did it well and they were courteous. They do what they say they are going to do and they do it well.

They did a good job. They checked everything and told me what what as wrong. They came back a couple of days later to fix the things. I had no problems.

I was very impressed with the service and professional manner of everyone I had dealt with at High Performance Heating and Cooling, Inc. when they installed our air conditioner this summer, so when the heater quit working this fall they were the obvious first and only choice to replace it. As before, everyone is punctual, courteous and helpful. As it turned out there was a defective part in the new heater that kept it from heating the house up to the temperature set on the thermostat. Matt and George both were quick to respond to the problem and equally quick to follow up with phone calls back to see if the problem was solved (which they did). This service after the sale is deeply appreciated and valued. Again, I would not hesitate to call on them first for any heating or cooling matters, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone else needing these services.

I was very happy with the way everything went. I did qualify for the deal but had to have additional work completed. The cost of additional work pushed the price of the project up more than I was expecting. High Performance Heating and Cooling Inc. was very professional and did a very good job.

All went very well. George, the HVAC technician was both friendly and professional. He was quick to explain what he was doing and provided us with details to his findings. He did not try to sell us anything which we appreciated.

I purchased the deal off Angies List and was contacted by the service provider within 24 hours. I set-up an appointment for 2 weeks from date of purchase and all went smooth. The communication was excellent from beginning to end. The technician was punctual, professional and thorough in explaining the details of the work and the results of the inspection. I would definitely use High Performance again.

The tech was on time, professional, covered or removed his shoes (can't remember which) and cleaned up when he was finished. Would absolutely use High Performance again!
