Service was done as promised, and all follow up questions and training lessons were done to exceed our expectations. The staff is great to work with!

I returned home Saturday night from a trip out of town to find my wifi disabled and my invisible fence circuit beeping, indicating a break in the system. I had to wait until Monday morning to contact the appropriate people. Time Warner Cable informed me that it appeared the company that installed my neighbor's invisible fence system, Hidden Pet Fence, also known as 1-877-DOG-YARD, had cut through the cable line. I was unphased as these inconveniences can occur and TWC quickly resolved the issue with no problems. However, when my pet fence company, Invisible Fence, came out to determine the exact cause of my disabled system, they found that a 30 - 40 foot piece of my invisible fence wire had been severed multiple times. When I contacted Hidden Fence customer service to ask if they would reimburse me for the $200.00 I spent to have Invisible Fence come out and fix the problem, I was astonished by what I was informed. After the woman on the phone spoke with the technician who installed the fence, I learned that my new neighbors were unsure of the property line so the technician attempted to install the fence 5 feet from where he/they thought the property line was located, and more significantly, he realized that he was cutting into something but just figured that it was an old wire of some sort. He cut into the cable wire and my invisible fence wire multiple times. At what point is it time to assess the situation? They made it clear that they were not going to reimburse me for this issue that they created.

We chose Hidden Pet Fence because they came highly recommended by our vet. They proved to be a great choice for us. Their customer service was amazing and their staff worked closely with us and our two dogs during the training process.

Relph came out and gave me a quote and then worked with me to set up the best time to come and install the fence. The team showed up on time for the install and were friendly to work with. It took a couple of hours for the install and then they took my dog and walked the perimeter of my yard. They went over training details with me and left me a info sheet to go over. The training steps we easy and my dog is able to be in my yard now with no issues.

We were confused when we changed the battery and thought the fence was broken. They even stopped by and showed us what we were doing wrong. Great product and great service! Would highly recommend. And yes our dog has stayed in her own yard!

He's really good. He's very responsive. If I call, somebody always answers the phone. It's not him, but he's got good customer service. She tells me exactly when he'll be out, and he's out when she says he'll be there.

First time I used this company and I was very impressed. We had several trees removed from the back of our property last fall and discovered the invisible fence was damaged in the process. Our dog figured out the fence wasn't working anymore and she was starting to leave the yard into the road. We couldn't let her out off a lead anymore. When I called Hidden Fence and told them, they responded very quickly, came the next day to fix the fence, didn't try to up sell me, charged a very reasonable price, and got the job done without any hassle. I've very happy and would absolutely recommend this company.

Ralph came out to give a bid. He gave us a few options. We chose the more expensive "lifetime"option. Gave us longer warranties on collars and system. About a week later, a few guys came out to do the install and the training session on my two dogs. These guys were so quick and really nice. Their work was very neat and clean. i'm pretty particular too. One of my dogs immediately responded to the first "sound" warning, they worked with him and then went on to the next dog. My lab was having troubles respecting the boundary at first, we lived on an 8 acre ranch prior, so being confined was new. He was running through at deer, birds and squirrels. I called and one of the guys came back out and trained my dog again and turned up the "juice" on his collar. It worked, both dogs completely respect the fence and we've only had it 4 months. I honestly thought my dogs would have a much more difficult time. I have had to call one extra time to turn up the "juice" and Michelle walked me through how to do it, she stayed on the phone the entire time to make sure it was successful. It's been perfect ever since. Called recently to order a battery and it came in two days. Great service and very nice people!

On time for appointment, calling ahead to check availability. Timely install, roughly 4 hours, for complicated task. Patiently walked through initial dog walk-around, and provided "daily" instructions for 8 day training regimen. Contractor will follow up after 8 day period. This same contractor installed a system on the house across the street, and the success they had with containing their dog in-bounds was a strong reason for the choice of this contractor.

Everything went fine. They were responsive and they got it done in timely manner.

We were totally and completely pleased with the Dog Yard personnel. They were kind to the dog and us. They were friendly, professional and efficient. They answered all of our many questions and concerns and helped with training methods for dogs. - Other than just the fence-- like behavior in the car. Twice a day for two weeks,the dog's master had to walk the "perimeters". We have about two acres of containment area for our Basset Hound. The fence has been of great value to us as we are older and now we can let him out to roam at will. We still give him walks, but not every time he wants to go out. Our dog loves to spend a lot of time outside in the yard or on our decks - sunbathing or sleeping outside. He loves people and is not a good watchdog dog but her loves to be outside a lot. At first we were somewhat nervous about letting him go by himself, but we have learned that he will stay in his area - even when chasing squirrels and rabbits. Thanks to the Dog-yard fence. We would highly recommend Dog-Yard over that other company. I cannot say enough about how pleased we are with Dog-Yard.

I was thrilled with the resuls. They were on time and did a very neat job installing the fence. Ralph trained both dogs who are VERY different personalities and enery levels. I had checked with my Vet about dog fencing and his response was it's all in the training. Ralph did a SUPER job !!

We had our install, but the wire was too taught so was pulling at the corners - no problem they came back out at no charge and corrected the issue- at no charge. Also the current was not strong enough to keep our dog contained. We made a call and they walked us through the process and n o more problem. They also gave us a training lesson to show us how to train our puppy and if we had any issues and they would come back for additional training gratus. I have recommended this company and would do so again! Best money ever spent!!

We had a great experience with this company. The receptionist, salesman and the technician were professional, easy to work with, and fun to talk to. The fence was put in and training for our dogs was done in one day. Several follow up training sessions were also done, as our one dog is very hyper and stubborn. We chose this company because of a high recommendation from our breeder and veterinarian, that they were the best people to work with, and that they are great dog trainers as well. We also used them to control our one dog from jumping, eating food from the countertops and getting into the cat litter.

Made several calls for estimates and all but this company would do an estimate-but stated they really did not want to get involved in a repair of an existing fence. Immediately started saled pitch to have an entire new system put in. We have a large area we needed secured for our 3 very large and one very naughty dogs.Nick from Hidden Pet Fence arrived exactly on time-very courteous, friendly and clearly knew what he was doing. Also managed to obtain a very good rapport with the dogs right away. Did a walk around-checked the power system which was fine-and located the break in the wire outside. Did a repair and the system was running just fine.Placed the flags to mark wire and made sure the collars still were engaged to the system-replaced the batteries and did all this in a very professional and prompt fashion. I was impressed that he did not immediately bring up replacement. He was more than willing to find out if the existing fence was salvagable. The repair was quite simple. I had a very bad feeling about the other companies from the inital conversations-and I have to say that they could have stated the fence was shot and we needed a new one. We would have had no way of knowing. I found this company honest. We saved a lot of money-and to be blunt-they could have ripped us off. He inquired if we needed any assistance in the training procedure-which we did not-but was very willing to provide such instruction if we needed it. I highly recommend this company for the service(s) they provide.They have a repair policy that I do not want to have to use-but if I have to-it is extremely reasonable and/or covered limited. The larger-nationally based companies put a bad taste in my mouth from the beginning. We are advocates of small businesses as we own one. And the service they provided was excellent.

Pet Safe provides a good product at a reasonable price. They were always ready when I had a question about the fence or how to utilize it properly. The trainer and representative were excellent with my dog. If I ever get a new yard Pet Safe will be there to install the fence.

Pet Safe Hidden Fence was excellent. It's very effective. The installation person comes back out, & works with the dog & the fence. They were very nice & friendly. They work good with my dog- she loves him.
