We recently contracted with Hidden fence to install a pet fence for our "runaway" dog, Jake. Everyone at Hidden fence has been very helpful, from the owner Ralph, who came out to explain the process ,to the girls in the office, who were most helpful with any questions we had. Mike did the install and was very professional ,extremely friendly and was very helpful with the training process. We are in the early stages, but are quite confident that this is going to be a great investment and that Jake will be happy, safe and contained while still being able to roam his domain. We called him based on other friends reviews of the product and how well it works for their dogs. I like the product call back feature, so if our dog breaks out she comes back to our yard, and the smaller collar is much more comfortable for our medium sized dog. Based on other quotes and meetings with other "fence" companies we knew we would choose Hidden Pet fence. Great Company!

When we decided to have a pet fence installed for our two dogs, we called three companies who all sent representatives to talk about their product. After we evaluated each presentation we decided that Hidden Pet Fence would best meet our needs and the needs of our pets. Steve was great! He did a fantastic job with installation, training and explaining everything to us. As a courtesy I e -mailed the other companies to inform them that we had made our decision. We considered all of the factors including price, however price was not our top priority. One of the other companies we did not choose, "Invisible Fence" replied to my e -mail. Without getting too specific, the reply from Invisible Fence was to bad mouth their competitor, who we had chosen. Although price was not our first consideration, we eliminated Invisible Fence right away because they were much more expensive than the two other bids we received from their competitors. We felt we were getting a better buy from Hidden Pet Fence and the other competitor. When I told Invisible Fence the price I got from Hidden Pet Fence, about a week later I got a call from the Invisible Fence rep who came to my home and she offered me a price 200 less than Hidden Pet Fence. I declined. If Invisible Fence wanted my business they should have quoted me a more competitive price from the beginning and I would have given them further consideration. I primarily chose Hidden Pet Fence because from my research they have a 100 percent containment rate, and I found the digital technology to be superior. As far as training goes every company has their own method, they all work as long as the dog owner reinforces the training on their own. Secondly, I liked Steve a lot. My wife and I felt a personal connection which really helped us to make our choice. We deal directly with him. Steve installed the system, trained our dogs, and is always available to address our questions or concerns. When choosing a Pet Fence make sure you conduct your own due diligence. Check out Hidden Pet Fence. I highly recommend them. As for Invisible Fence, their business methods left a bad taste in my mouth. I did not feel the same sense of trust that I get from Hidden Pet Fence.

We love our fence!!! This company and the employees were super nice, the installer did a great job and even trained our dog the same day. We did have to call them back because our chow was a bit stubborn when the neighbors dog was outside and it would cause him to run through, but they came out quickly and enabled a "call back" feature which apparently works beyond the fence line and now he doesn't even try to go over there. Very happy with this company and their product!

We researched different invisible fence companies in the area but are very pleased we chose Hidden Pet Fence. They were very helpful with training and answering any questions. They are always very prompt to answer any phone messages you leave. We have had no issues with replacing collars when they stopped working. When I broke our fence line weeding they were prompt to come and repair. Overall it is great company and we have been more than happy with the product and the service.

They did a good job. The price was reasonable. They did a very good job. It took them a couple of hours to complete the work. It was one worker. He was fine.

I have an existing pet fence that I needed repaired. Mike came out to try and fix it. He spent 3hrs in the pouring rain, wind, and cold trying to repair this fence to no avail. He tried everything. Then his machine broke, so he had to dig by hand. Let me remind you again...in the pouring rain, wind, and cold. He was a muddy mess when he left, but his attitude, and professionalism were 2nd to none. I am scheduled next week to have my fence re wired. I can't thank Mike and this company enough for helping me. I have 4 large dogs that I need to keep contained. This company, and Mike are making that possible, all while keeping the price down. Let me also say after all Mike's time and hard work, I was only charged a service call of $79.99. I would recommend this company to anyone. They are wonderful and I cannot say enough good things about them.

Although I have an Invisible Fence System, my dog trainer, Rochester, Canine Academy recommend Hidden Pet Fence to me as an alternative and cheaper solution for repairs. You DO NOT have to hire Invisible Fence to repair their system! Mike at Hidden Pet Fence was great. He found the breaks in the line, fixed them quickly and was ready to stake the yard and train the dog. Mike explained everything he was doing and gave me a very detailed training plan to follow. Hidden Pet Fence is a great alternative to hire for an invisible system and lots cheaper. I will call them for any repairs I may need in the future. I got a call a few days after they were out. They charged me too much to fix the line and they were sending me a check. Who is that honest?
