Great service Good repair man But the price for pump relay and labor was high based on my changing the same part BUT again John took care of the problem FAST and my son and nephew had water for the weekend

We got lucky that John wasn't real busy on the day I called, so we got same day service and at a reasonable price. Everything about his service call was great.

My wife and I just purchased our first home. We knew before we closed that the water heater seen better days and the previous owner put it in a really tight spot, also backwards. After taking two showers, the water heater set off our carbon monoxide detector, having two kids this worried us a bunch. Halter Plumbing & Heating came out at 8:00 pm to help us, got it all figured out, and stuck around for a while to make sure it would be safe for us. Upon fixing it, I decided to go with a new one, like I said in the beginning, the water heater was in a tough spot, a lot of bad pipes, and backwards. He came in with the best price regardless of all the extra things he would have to do to get it in there. Besides that his price was definitely worth it, his willingness to take on the challenge of a backwards, crammed between a wall, and a fernes

Representatives from Halter Plumbing responded to my original request for an appointment within 15 minutes and Mr. Halter arrived on time and was prepared to analyze the problem quickly. The replacement part was purchased nearby and replaced quickly and efficiently. As luck would have it, the replacement part was defective and our original problem was not solved. Mr. Halter secured another part and re-installed the new part which solved the problem! Thanks for sticking with this project and giving us such great customer service!

John stopped by last week to give us an estimate to install an outdoor water faucet off of the existing house plumbing. We accepted his price and set a time for installation the following week (today, 7-30-2019). The work was done in a timely professional installation.
