He was friendly and neat. Also didn't waste any time. He did a real good job.

John was very professional and explained everything he had done. He replied later that Friday night when a problem arose with the hot water. He came out the next morning and corrected the problem even though he had other appointments. He was easy to talk to and answered questions about other plumbing concerns. I would highly recommend him to others and will call on him again if needed.

John was very helpful with my plumbing issue. He explained everything he was doing, and provided a lot of advice concerning the extent of the problem and how to deal with it in the future. I got a pretty good education to help me avoid difficulties. His work was professional and he displayed excellent skills. Mostly, though, his attitude was one of sincerely caring about his customer. This is of great value with stressful plumbing problems. I will definitely hire him for my next plumbing issue, and I will certainly recommend him to friends and neighbors.

Very friendly did great work but hooked up the shower reversing the cold and hot they called and offered to fix it but not a big deal would definitely use them again
