I was looking for a painter and German was highly recommended by coworkers. I called him and he was able to come out within a couple of days and provided a written estimate and helped me select paint colors. I didn't get any other estimates because I was relying on my friends' recommendation that he would do a great job. I picked a start date and German and his crew arrived on time as scheduled. They were very thorough in protecting my floors and furniture and leaving everything clean at the end of the day. They did a fantastic job on the painting, everything looks great. I wasn't expecting the doors and door frames to be painted so that was a great surprise. This was a good group of hardworking guys, it took about 3 days to complete and I felt very comfortable leaving them in my house when I went to work. We are very pleased with how it came out and I will definitely use German and his crew again in the future when we need painting.

I contacted German Sanchez on a Thursday and he was able to schedule me for that following Sunday. German presented himself in a very friendly and business like manner. I immediately felt confidence him and his company. At the time of the estimate he took great care in matching the paint colors to what I had, so as not to upset the Home Owners Assoc. He even came back later that day and removed the kickplate and door bell in preparation for the work. He told me that he would be there at 7:30 am on Sunday and sure enough, he was there at 7:30 am with two of his crew. He communicated well with me. Stating exactly was going to happen and he showed up just as the crew finished and checked over every last detail. This was one of my best experiences with home repair and contractors. I would highly recommend him and his company.
