Workmanship was Ok,but they left an opening in the roof that wasn't covered adequately and it rained into the attic, we had to put up plastic as insulation was falling down. I think they may have underestimated the tear-off as there were 5 layers but that was their problem. They also roofed the attached garage which we didn't plan on doing but it was quoted.no written paperwork of the final job agreement so it was our word against his staff as to what was agreed to. When I suggested to the owner that he should have presented my daughter with a written final price agreement , he said "are you telling me how to run my business". He did waive the 3% credit card surcharge, but we were looking to halve the cost as II felt it was both our mistakes. Owner thinks he is doing everything right with his final written quotes so I would say if you use him make sure you know exactly what the scope and price of the job before sign off

Although the work was acceptable, the workmanship and follow-up was not. Workers would not address me, (in fact barely spoke English), left food debris in my driveway, made a mess of my yard, killed a lilac tree, removed and did not replace flashing around a window. Worst of all, they damaged my new car and would not agree to fix it, but threatened me with legal action when I withheld money for the car repair.

The workmanship by his people are very good, but his communication is not so good. The price was pretty good even though we paid a lot of money.

I never received a contract. I contacted him twice via email and never received any response. Had I known he was not going to send me a contract, I would have started looking for a different provider in October. Now it's November and most of the local services are full. Thanks a lot Greg, that's really great customer service. To be fair, I have no problems with the service he provided over the last two years, The driveway was always plowed out by 6 am and was cleared by 5 pm if needed. But this inability to contact me strikes me as extremely unprofessional and certainly reflects poorly on this business.

On June 12th 2014 Greg came to our house and gave us a written Proposal for roof repairs and putting up siding on the peak of the roof to prevent water leaks (We are having water leaking into our house when it rains). Greg said he could do the job in about 3 weeks timeframe. A few days later we called to say we wanted to have the work done and were ready to sign a contract. He said that he was on the way back to his office and would get us on the list and would call and let us know the exact date he could start. He said he would also get with us to sign a contract. We did not hear back from Greg and after 3 to 4 more days we called and still did not get a response. Finally, we got through to him and he said he would stop by the next day and we could finalize everything. He did not show up as planned so we started calling again and leaving messages. Again we finally got a hold of him on July 16th and he said he would be over on Thursday because he was finishing a job in the area. We waited all day and he was a no show and did not call. One of the main reasons we called Greg was we had birds nesting in our roof vents. He told us that we should have the work done as soon as possible as the bird droppings were not being stopped by the screens on the vents and that this could cause a health hazard. We now have to start the process all over again after Greg strung us along for over a month.
