It was great - the workmen were professional and showed up on time every day.

In general, things went well. I chose them because I liked their proposal to improve ventilation. They were punctual, the shingles looked straight, and clean-up was fine. Afterwards, I called about a damaged screen, and it was taken care of immediately. My only concern was with some of the details, which I didn't notice until months later. Due to unusual geometry, and dropping from 2-3 roof layers to 1, there were a number of places where the shingles and siding left large gaps. At a minimum, I thought they should have brought them to my attention and offered some options.

it went well. they suggested tinted windows which would help in the summer with windows facing south. I had some unusual windows and they were able to replace them.

Our job went extremely well. We were very happy with both the process and the results. Mr Graves came by every evening and inspected the work that had been done that day and discussed any concerns we had. Small changes were made along the way. The results were beautiful.

From the point of sitting down with the gentleman that gave me the quote to the point that they cashed my check, I had an excellent experience. The quoter, roofers, & office staff were all professional & informative. The roofers did an excellent job at protecting my tiny ***** willow tree & did an amazing job at cleaning up the mess afterwards....no nails left behind. :) Their pricing was about the same as other companies. However, I liked the respect I got from the gentleman that quoted me. He didn't talk down to me & was absolutely thorough in explaining what they would be doing. I would highly recommend Graves Brothers. Eventually, I'll get my gutters replaced & siding done. I'll look them up then. :)

We collected several estimates from various contractors for our project. While Graves was not the lowest price, it was definitely the most comprehensive and most detailed estimate we received. The gentleman who conducted our estimate was detailed, thorough, and friendly. He was up front and honest with us about what would work for our home, what might look the best, and was honest with all pricing. We signed our contract in early October 2017 and had a start date of 12/1. Due to weather it was pushed back a week or so, and with the holidays there were a few days with no activity as well. We were very impressed that the crew was able to complete our project despite many days of snow, rain, or really cold temperatures. Our home was treated carefully and all materials were put away in our garage or driveway at the end of each work day. We have noticed now that the snow has melted there is some clean up we will need to do in the spring, but given the fact that it's winter and there's snow I wasn't too surprised to see some debris left in the garden or near to the house. Our project was completed in mid January. We are absolutely satisfied with the workmanship and our home looks fantastic. We will not hesitate to work with Graves on future projects for our home. We had a great experience.

we had leaks in our roof that appeared just as it started getting colder. Graves had one of the higher estimates but had top ratings here. we worked with them to make sure the crew was their own, insured and they would stand by the work. they worked the job into the schedule quickly and were efficient in their work.

An estimate was given through email after meeting with us at the house. We were also able to go to the store and borrow samples of the roof colors in making our decision for the the roof shingles. Acceptance for the contract could be done online which was convenient. They actually were able to do the job a week before their estimated time frame. The crew came and set up quickly and worked diligently for two days to complete the roof. Soffits were put in on another day. They cleaned up well, and workmen were polite and helpful.

They came on time and it looked nice. Started leaking 1 year after guarantee. Called twice to have them come fix it. They did, leaked again shortly after. I called another roofer to repair, they said the roofing wasn't installed properly at the valleys where t was leaking.

Very pleased with roof installation and clean up! "Veteran discount" available but documentation must be completed by customer- just a simple copy of my DD-214 should suffice but they have to make sure! Other than that the workmanship was notable -the installers worked very hard! In all a very good experience selecting Graves Bros. Inc thanks to Angies' List for recommending -it's a great service!

No work has been done yet because the deal was just made.Peter had a great presentation and we can't wait to have the roof done.

I was told it would be a week maybe two weeks to receive the estimate. That was almost a month ago, I called last week to touch base I was told that I would receive an estimate this week still haven't heard. No thanks

Men were here from 8am to 7pm and never stopped. They did a great job.

From the initial estimate to the completion of the job this was a Great Experience with a group of Professionals! The crew was punctual, skillful and polite. Left the yard and driveway cleaner than when they arrived. Graves delivered on what was discussed. The house looks great - the new roof is a real +.

In late October 2016 I contracted with Graves to install a new 50 year GAF roof on my home and 1 car garage. I got estimates from 3 of the top roofing companies in my area (Zip 14617) recommended by Angie's list. All 3 vendors quoted the same materials. Graves estimate was not only the lowest price by $1300 but was the most detailed and they provided numerous references which the others did not. Graves also included their best GAF Gold Pledge Warranty. As winter was near, we agreed that the work may have to be postponed until Spring 2017. In early May 2017 Graves removed the old and installed the new roof in 1 day. The workers were very professional and explained the process and answered every question that I had. They did a great job of protecting my property and in cleaning up the removed materials. The project coordinator, Randy Allen, reviewed the completed job with me and we agreed that there were a few minor items that needed fixing. Within a week he had his repair man at my house to close out all of those issues. He did a great job and the roof looks fine. We had some very severe rain storms a week later and "No Leaks". I would recommend them to everyone.

They never showed up to the appointment. I get it that we had a horrible winstorm,and everyone is crazy busy,BUT you owed me a phone call that day,not a day later. I also recommended them to a friend and they didn't show up there either!

Great - Peter came to the house and not only inspected the roof, but also went into the attic to see if there was any water damage. He then took the time to sit down and explain the difference in shingle technology since we put the last roof on 17 years ago. From a cost perspective - they were in line with many of the other companies we interviewed. Their overall cost was more expensive due to the fact other companies gave greater discounts/sales. Graves however was the only company with master certification in the shingles we selected - which made the additional cost worth it from our perspective.

Things went well. The only problem was that it took awhile before they started the work because they may have over-booked the number of houses they were doing at the end of the season. Graves Bros did a very good job.

I probably would only give them a good because they never actually gave me the estimate or called back after that. He was nice while he was here. He was here for about an hour.

Even with a significant storm leaving 100,000 people without power in our area and all kinds of damage, they came out the day I called and covered all compromised areas to prevent further damage. They provided quotes, samples and responded to all questions promptly and courteously. They scheduled us when then said they would. The crew was prompt, polite and very thorough in their clean up. We have an extensive perennial garden in the front of our house that they worked hard to protect. We didn't loose any plants! I would highly recommend them!

They came when they said they would, were finished when they said they would be. Left a couple dozen nails in the yard and on deck, but otherwise the work was very good.
