Description of Work: They replaced my roof. I was given a list of homes to look at to see what the various colors looked like, so I would better understand what the house would look like with the new roof. The men who worked n the roof worked in terrible heat, and did a great job.

Description of Work: I am very pleased with the experience i have had dealing and working with Graves Brothers. Starting with their salesman, Steve Kline to job foreman, Ron Mora and his crew. Not to forget, their carpenter, Tony, who helped on some separate projects on the job. They were all so willing and patient to listen to my questions and input which showed professionalism and a willingness to do the best job for their customer. The final product, complete roof and gutters, looks great and I'm sure it will hold up as well as it has this last winter of 2015/2016. I have and will continue to recommend Graves Brothers Home Improvement for any one in need of their services!

Description of Work: Graves Brothers did a completely new roof on my house in Rochester. It was the original roof from 1929 and had to be completely removed, down to the rafters in order to bring it up to current code. They did a beautiful job and cleaned up very nicely, especially on the outside of the house.

Description of Work: They were hired to repair a roof. It began to rain while the roof was exposed and the floor was flooded. They quickly covered the opening with tarps and the next day began to repair what they could. They eventually paid for repair of the hardwood floors, walls, and other areas that had been damaged by the rain. We hired them to do additional painting of a bedroom suite and a bathroom that was part of the bedroom suite. |The painter did an exemplary job and cleaned up every little piece of old wallpaper and anything else that was damaged by the water. It was the best painting job that anyone had every done in our homes.

Graves Bros Home Improvement was very disappointing. There was a language barrier with the employees making it difficult to communicate. I would not use them again.
