They were the best. The people came in the morning. They worked long hours without any breaks. I have tremendous amount of flowers in the yard and all around the house. They made sure that there was no damage to the flowers or any flowers were broken. They were careful about replacing the roof without damaging any property. The owners were great. They just took three days for the work. There were two owners. They made sure that one of the owners was there to assess the work and find out how I felt about the work. When the work was done, they came and made sure that there was no damage to the property and I was satisfied. They were great company. I got three estimates and their price was competitive. I would use them in the future.

Graves Bros Home Improvement Co. deserves mostly A's but their responsiveness was lacking. I have referred them to other friends.

They were pretty responsive. They showed up when they said they would and got everything done. It was very professionally done. One window was cracked, so they took it back and brought a new one. They were nice and very professional. The quality of workmanship is really good, but the quality of windows is unknown to me right now.

I spent about $2300 on that work. I was very pleased about the whole process. I started at a plumber company to see what was available and the different types. I called the better business bureau and they were highly recommended. I called three different contractors and I thought that they were the best, so I decided to use them. I was very pleased with their price.

It has gone wonderfully and they just finished today. I liked everything they did and it went great. I was very satisfied.

Very good experience. I would use Graves Brothers again if the need arose.

Asked Graves Bros to estimate the cost of installing vinyl siding on my home. John Noga arrived for the estimate and did a VERY thorough job in reviewing the requirements and discussing options with me. He was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to talk with. I am convinced they would have used quality materials and done a fantastic job, but in the end I did not give them the business. I received estimates from 7 different contractors in the area and Graves Bros was by far the highest. I was willing to pay slightly more to work with a company with their reputation but their quote was way out of line. The vendor I chose was almost $6000 less and uses the same materials with solid references and reputation. Definitely do your homework.

They did a great job. They were very reasonable.

Went very well. Even provided extra service that was not included in quote...installed new keyless lock, installed new switchplates, reversed an interior door so it swings into the den instead of into the mudroom, added a section of gutter to avoid future water problems and even installed missing siding from an area not involved in the renovation!

We think the quality of work is good. The prices are fair. Very trustworthy company. They have been a around for a long time so they are stable. Their contracts are good so you know exactly what you're getting.

Everything seems to have gone fine.

They submitted a written three page specification of what they were going to do. They are the only ones to submit a report. They would take time to answer any questions that I had. I felt the price was fair.

They did a total tear off of our old roof, on a three story house. They got it done so fast and were very clean. They even washed off the house when they were done with the job.

They really did a good job. They were just fabulous. They lived up to our expectations. They were dependable, reliable, polite, anything you wanted they were. They didn't even come in the house, they had everything they needed to do the work. They didn't even want to come in to get warm. They were very efficient. We would use them again for future service.

They did not do anything to cover my gutters. They became clogged with bits of wood chips and roofing shingles, causing water to overflow right next to the house and flood the basement. Shortly after this I hired another contractor to install a bathroom ceiling steam vent. When they were chopping through the bathroom ceiling/attic floor they found the insulation in the attic floor was soaking wet. They pointed out MANY areas of the attic floor that had chalky white streaks (a tell tale sign of water damage). Part of the ceiling and wall of a bedroom used for storage were collapsing because it was soaked with water. We went downstairs to the kitchen and they noticed spots in the ceiling. Sure enough, it was damp. The company out right admitted to me that required flashing and caulking had not been installed around the chimney. I m considering hiring a home inspector to look for other damage. Graves Brothers has certainly not offered to look for any further damage.

Our original estimate was for putting siding on the chimney to match our house. When work started, it was discovered that the wood in the lower section of the chimney was rotten. Graves Brothers ended up doing some masonry work to build a block base on the chimney and carpentry work to replace rotten wood. It took a little longer and cost a little more than the original estimate. However, the end result looks great and the price was very reasonable for the extra work.

All of my contacts with Graves Brothers have been positive. They were less expensive than American Exteriors primarily because of the type of air flow I needed. Charlie Graves is also a source of professionals to help with the house.

Many of the nails securing the plywood missed the rafters. Shingles not nail or trimmed correctly. Skylights not installed inline or straight. Framing and drywall around skylight done very poorly. Go to www.houseremodeling.zoomshare.com to see pictures.

Cleaned up well after work. Protected house during work. Followed up after the job was finished.

Near the chimney the roof is leaking. Graves Bros Home Improvement is coming back next week. The owner came and looked at it. The general contractor sub leased to another contractor. A lot of nails were left around the home after the work was done.

I was very pleased and Graves Bros Home Improvement showed up on time. They were overall a good company and very courteous when they were at my house.

Graves Bros Home Improvement was extremely professional and courteous. The crew was actually THE BEST workers I have ever dealt with! They helped me out tremendously, and worked their hearts out. I could not say enough about them. It was an overall fabulous.

Graves Brothers Home Improvement was great. They came when they said they would, and worked at a fast pace. They cleaned up after themselves. They were very and nice and friendly people. We've used them before and they're always wonderful.

I had no problems with Graves Brothers Home Improvements. They were in and out of here in two days. The quality of work is excellent. They also cleaned up everything. I think I found about two nails, which I feel is pretty great.

Graves Bros Home Improvement was very disappointing. There was a language barrier with the employees making it difficult to communicate. I would not use them again.
