Description of Work: They came and looked at roof. Recommended I do not replace whole roof, just the hip line. The rest of roof was fine. They saved me thousands of dollars. Did not use them as they only do whole roofs. Would definitely use if need to replace roof.

Description of Work: We had a roofing job with a complete tearoff. The crew arrived on time. Not many of them spoke English. The were pleasant and respectful. The job was done in less than two days. The cleanup was thorough. |We had a leak from an ice dam this winter(2014-2015) and some roof boards were moldy. A bunch were replaced(approx. 20). |We have a colonial, with attached garage, single story family room, a single story addition and a sun porch. The roof has some complex angles and a low pitch area. Each of the five peaks has a new roof peak vent. Everything was covered satisfactorily.

Description of Work: They came early and finished in approximately 6 hours. They did a fantastic job of tearing off old roof, putting new roof on,cleaning up all of the debris and even using a magnetized nail roller. They put my garden fence back in place and gutter guard back in place. I was very impressed with their work. I bought them all pizza because they deserved it. I would recommend them to anyone.

Description of Work: Graves Bros have not started the project, but I was very satisfied as to the presentation, the knowledge of the representative and the price. The roof was only 5 years old and needed to be replaced because the roof company we hired 5 years ago did a terrible job, and the plywood and roofing materials all need to be replaced because of mold forming on the interior plywood. I have complete confidence with Graves Brothers, and look forward to the completion of the project either in April or May when the snow has ended.

Description of Work: Workers were professional, courteous, and committed to the job. They were safe. They cleaned up after the work was done. The weather prohibited the job being finished as scheduled, but the roofers worked in light rain to get the job done. The roof was replaced on a very old home which had a very steep roof and a lot of damage. Those workers knew what they were doing and they worked very, very hard and took pride it their work. Thank you Graves Brothers for a job well done.

We apologize for any miscommunication. According to our records, you called our office on March 22 for an estimate on roofing and remodeling. When our estimator, Steve Kline, called to schedule an appointment, a woman told him that you were out of town and would call us when you returned. Since Steve never heard back from you, he assumed you were no longer interested. If you are still considering doing this work, we would be happy to provide an estimate. Once again, we apologize for any misunderstanding.

Description of Work: Put on a new roof. The crew that came out were VERY hard workers and tore off the old roof, replaced plywood, new roof in an extremely timely manner. They were very polite and cleaned up everything very nicely. There were a couple of small things that needed "tweaked" but that was done the next day! Everyone I met with was friendly and caring and professional! I would use them again , no question .
