Established in 1993. We service residential and commercial accounts in all aspects of pest control. We specialize in K-9 bed bug detection and treatments at a fair and reasonable price. We also service unwanted visitors such as bees, ants, roaches, mice and rats, fleas, and all other insect control. Our price value is true pricing. We have a 98% customer retention rate. Description of Work: They sprayed the house for bees and wasps. They came within a short time from contacting them and completed it quickly. We were having a problem with with carpenter bees. After the treatment we did not see the bees for the rest of the season.

Description of Work: They checked for damage or insect trails. Didn't find any, but sprayed the area's that were likely to have ants in them. The off said that they would come back up to three times, but the weather got cooler, so we didn't see any more ants. It also means we can't be sure if the problem was solved or just went away to come again next year.

We guarantee our work. Our internal review shows that you paid for up to 3 treatments. Due to this Fall's crazy weather, in some cases Ants have just nested up. We want to fulfill your end of the contract. So come Spring, at no charge, we will give you a low perimeter Ant treatment and also a granular bait treatment 3 feet around the outside perimeter of your home. Description of Work: The service was for outside treatment for bees.I did not see the service performed so I can't say if they applied spray where needed. My wife said they couldn't have been there more than 15 minutes. Seemed pretty fast for a shed and colonial style house. Did not see many bees this summer so.Also they don't treat nests if they exist,costs extra

Hi [Member name removed]. In response to your review, we want you to know that we have the best high tech automatic equipment that puts out chemicals on one's home very quickly and efficiently. It does not take long to treat a home. Some other companies have back packs that take a long time. We have State of the Art equipment especially designed for our company. You didn't see many Bees this summer because of our treatment. Also, as far as Bees nest, we do take down Bees nest if you requested it while we are treating your home at the same time, and it is not an extra charge. As far as the price, we are very competitive with other companies in the area and most of the time the price is less. Thank you for choosing Global.

Description of Work: Stinkbug treatment seemed to work for a bit, but they returned within a month. Guessing it's not their fault as the parts are so prolific, but probably wouldn't bother with trying to get rid of them again.

Hi [Member name removed]. We treated your home on 10/22/15 for Stink Bugs. You must have had an extremely bad infestation. You stated that the treatment worked for a bit within a month. If you had let us know that you needed more treatments and they kept coming, we would have treated your home again and again until you did not see them at no extra charge. We guarantee our work. We treated many many Stink Bug treatments with no problems this year. Stink Bugs were very bad this year all over the Rochester area. We will give you an outside treatment this coming Spring or Fall with no charge. If this is acceptable for you, let us know and we will put you on our Spring or Fall schedule. They can be a nasty bug. We are sorry you didn't communicate this to us that you needed another treatment or it would have been taken care of. Thank you. Global

Description of Work: We had a bee problem. They came the day after we called and sprayed from both inside and outside and took care of the ground bees. We are watching closely to see if they need to return for a second application - but, so far it's ok. Not sure up front what the cost will be as it is dependent upon what needs to be done.

Description of Work: I spoke to someone initially over the phone and they weren’t sure that I actually had bed bugs. They sent their bed bug specialist out and before he brought the canine in, he spoke with me to discuss the situation. After we spoke he determined that it was not related to bed bugs and that the dog was not necessary. He explained that he raises bed bugs for research purposes and that the situation I was describing did not fit. I felt confident in the professionalism, knowledge and integrity that he had. I would definitely call them again.
