It worked out "medium well". They were very good when we wanted to reschedule. However, I had alerted them to a significant bee issue we were having. It was coming from one bush and after they applied their services, my husband got stung several more times because there was a nest in the bush that had not been addressed. We did not give them the chance to correct the problem; we just took care of it ourselves. I feel uncomfortable saying anything about them because we did not call them to give them a chance to correct the problem but I was just frustrated because we have alerted them ahead of time. There was no additional charge. I would not use them again.

Service was prompt and effective. Arrived as scheduled the next morning and quickly removed the active nest, including another smaller nest under the gutter on the same side of the house. We decided to have the periphery of the house sprayed for ants, as we have had periodic seasonal infestations. For no extra charge they also applied pesticide in areas of the garage where we noticed an accumulation of dead insects. The entire service was fast and thorough. We discussed other potential pest problems, but were advised to hold off for now and see whether the problem returned before acting. We were impressed by the knowledge and professionalism of Global and thought we paid a fair price for the expert service.

They did take care of the mice problem as we have not seen or heard any mice since they came out.

Global Exterminating was extremely responsive, and completed the job the same day service was requested. This was especially wonderful as the bee hive was directly above where children play. We would not hesitate to use Tom and his crew again!

Tom came to the house and determined what the noise was in the ceiling. After 2 visits, the ants were gone. We found Tom who came out to the house and Diane in the office to be both professional and friendly. We're so relieved to finally have this problem taken care of by such a great company.

Tom sprays our house for ants and bees every year. This year we had ants reappear just before a brokers open while we listed our home for sale. Tom came over after diner and took care of the problem within an hour of the call. This was at no additional charge! Amazing knowledge of his craft. The ants seemed to attack a bag of potatoes in the pantry, Tom's response: Hmmmm....normally they don't go for carbs before August" There was a look of shock..... Huh, who knows this stuff? Tom does! He also knows what products to use around pets.

There was a question of possible bed bugs in a rental apartment in a house with three apartments. Another exterminatory, from this list, was contacted and I was told that the entire house needed to be treated with a follow-up treatment at a cost of $1500. No one in the house had been bitten except for maybe one person at one tine. I chose to get a second opinion from this company and was very grateful to find out that there were no bugs in the entire house including on the bedding etc discarded just in case. This saved me from exposing everyone to unnecessary toxins, took a huge load off my mind and not the least saved me $1500. Hopefully the other company was just mistaken. I know that this company was professional enough not to recommend unnecessary, expensive and potentially toxic treatment. Even though I did not need their services and hope not to need an exterminator in the future, I would highly recommend this company.

They came promptly and put bait traps inside and outside the house. We haven't seen any mice since. Global called after a couple weeks to check in and make sure the mice were gone. Everyone we dealt with was super nice and professional.

Building did not have any. Also his employee set bait traps for mice. It seems to have worked. Provider was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I am not sure about price because he hasn't billed me yet.

Well, I found mice poop in my basement rec room, plus much larger black "balls" which could only have been left by a much larger animal. I was afraid to even go down in the basement to do laundry since I was afraid to run into some larger animals. I called them and told them my problem and was treated very professionally over the phone. They sent someone that same day and told me to keep calm, since whatever it was down in the basement, they'd take care of it quickly and thoroughly. They came, inspected and took care of the "mice" issue. Then, when I asked what larger animal left the other poop, they said they were curled up, dead potato bugs, not droppings. Whew! We all had a good laugh, the mice are now gone, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get rid of pesky mice. They were great.

Any time I have had any trouble with pests (mice, fleas, bugs), or thought I might, He responded quickly and ttook care of any issue I had He is knowledgeable and passionate about his work. He always took care of my pests and never over charged me. In June I thought I had another pest issue. He spoke to me over the phone and determined I did not any a problem. I believe any other company would have come to my home, charged me and come to the same conclusion Global /Exterminating did, over the phone! If you want the job done right call Global Exterminating.

I have stopped using them, but I did use them for two or three years. They were friendly, and I thought their prices were fair. I thought they were pretty thorough in looking into the areas where traps should be put. They were friendly and knowledgeable. They did an array of different things from bees to mice to any kind of critter that could be causing trouble. They are honest and have good character. They were responsive, punctual, and professional.

We're really happy with Global Pest Control. They do a great job exterminating the bees. If we ever have a problem, they come out right away to take care of it. We'll likely be renewing our contract next year.
