My experience was pretty good. They came out to our house a total of twice. Both times, very professional and friendly. The first time, they did a treatment, but then the problem worsened. So, I had to call back and let them that since they did a treatment the problem worsened. So, then they came back out and did another treatment and then the problem resolved. So, I would not give them perfect, because it would have been ideal for them to do a full treatment the first time, but they did fix the problem afterwards. My recommendation would be to send a specialist for the particular problem they are addressing, for the particular pest that they are addressing. I would send the specialist on the first visit, rather on the second visit. I think we got a non-specialist on the first visit, then the problem got worse, then they sent the specialist on the second visit. I'd probably use them again. I'd think about it. I'd probably shop around.

These guys are true professionals! Honestly its hard to find good people these days and these folks are it. All the way from the woman that picks up the phones and does follow up to the team of exterminators they are first class all around. They complete 3 sprayings for me and even brought in a k9 to verify all of the bugs were gone. They then certified the rental bug free. On top of all that these are just honest people. Guys thank you for the excellent service

It worked out good. I have used them for many years and I am happy with them.

We were required to have the windows closed for the spraying. Unfortunately the bees came back in about 2 months but the company stood behind their guarantee and sprayed the whole home again for free.

I had no idea this would cost me over $200. I guess its a lesson learned for me, but otherwise I appreciate the work that they completed. The company was responsive and highly effective. He was at the house for 15 minutes setting traps and sprayed for ants. I have no complaints other than the cost.

I talked to somebody about it once and interestingly, I don't know if Angie's List got in touch with them after I talked to somebody. They had sent me a bill and I called and said my understanding was that what they had done so far came under the 165 dollars that I had already paid. About a month later, after I called, I got a response to my phone call and they said the bill was a mistake and they didn't know why I had got a bill. So I've not had mice this winter and for that I'm very thankful but I think I should get in touch with them and ask when I need to have the boxes of poison checked again. When they came out last time, they put out much bigger boxes and yet the first time, there were little bitty things and evidently other animals were getting into them and dragged them around. One disappeared all together and the one that was there was dragged under the porch and I could see the bait out on the ground. So I don't know why they didn't put big ones out in the first place. When I called them, they said oh yes, other animals get into them. If they knew that, why did they put out those little bitty things that didn't have any kind of anchor to hold them in place? I think they came out fairly soon after I signed up for them. They sent me a bill that wasn't appropriate, other people might have just paid it not realizing that they didn't owe it, I don't think that was a good thing to do and also to take a month to call me back after I'd got the bill and questioned it. The fact that there haven't been mice in the house really means a lot. I thought that was a lot of money but maybe that's what it costs. I think they came soon after I paid for it.

Global Exterminating was very professional, prompt and efficient. We were having a problem with ants and bees getting into the house. After the first application the exterminator said to call if we were still having a problem after 10 days. We saw no more bees but the ants were more tenacious so we called back. The next day the exterminator made another application and we haven't had any ants since.

Went great They were easy to deal with, punctual, and did a great job. When some bees returned in late August, they graciously returned and repeated the treatment at no charge. Yoy can't ask for more than that!!

I was inside the house during the proceedure. I was almost sprayed when I opened the front door. When I commented my surprise that they were spraying, the service man wondered how I thought they did it. I did not know the process so it would be nice to have a review before they began. I thought the job would be more "hands on" closer to the source rather than dousing the whole house and everything else around. Thus I really couldn't tell if the soffets were infiltrated. So far no wasps.

We noticed a huge bees' nest on the side of our front porch on Sunday. I called Global on Monday late afternoon, and they arrived at our house on Tuesday morning. They sprayed the nest, the house, deck and shed. He noticed a problem with ants and sprayed for them while he was there (at no extra charge).

They arrived as planned and left a door tag to let us know they had been here.

Competent Service It was a good service. They showed up on time. Very responsive service with phone calls returned promptly. They did extra spray on wood shed area without asking for extra money.

So far, so good, they sprayed and I will wait to see if they return

Job got completely soon after purchasing the deal on Angie's List. There was some miscommunication with the service date/day, as I was expecting them to come the week after but they came the same week. Luckily my windows were closed and furniture stored so they could perform the spraying service. I called to better understand what happened and the customer rep was courteous and explained they had a brand new computer scheduling system that must have caused the mix up. Other than that I believe I got a good value for the service.

This was my first and only time using the company, but I'd definitely use it again if necessary. The price was reasonable, they responded within a day of my call, and they successfully resolved the issue.

Everything turned out well. They respond quickly when we call, they remind us when a treatment is coming due, and they are happy to come back if there are any problems after a treatment.

We were hearing things. Faint chewing in the walls. Louder scampering in the ceiling. We wanted professional help in dealing with the critters. Mike from Global Exterminating came to our house on the same day I called. He inspected the house, provided suggestions on how to proceed, and offered to do the work himself or let me follow the prescribed steps and keep them informed if I needed more help. I liked that he offered recommendations on what to do and the choice of doing it myself or have them do it. I chose the DIY path and so far so good. Mike was easy to deal with and I will definitely contact Global Exterminating in the future if needed.
