Glidden Exteriors

Initially it went very well. It took them one day and everything was finished. The roof was put in on 03/26/2011. It is a 50 year roof. They did a good job cleaning up and there were no issues. There was a small leak after the roof was put on. I noticed after a hard rain storm that I could hear a dripping noise in the area of where my furnace is. I contacted them regarding this issue on 7/29/2013 and gave him all of the info at that time. He said that he would be out and I have heard nothing since. I have called back since then and got his voicemail, I have left messages and received no response. Since then I have contacted the Better Contractors Bureau here in Rochester and let them know that I had an issue since he is a member with them. They contacted him and let me know that He would be out the next day 8/06/13. After having still not heard anything back from him, I contacted the bureau again and they informed me that He is not responding to them either.

My wife and I bought a house with a very large deck that hadn't been maintained. Glidden came over and gave us an estimate. The gentlemen was very frank and told me exactly what needed to be done and how much it would cost. His brother came over the next weekend and power washed the whole deck. He was very nice. I was going to move some furniture, but he told me not to worry about it and he would take care of it. They both came over and stained the whole deck the next weekend and made it look brand new. They had to take some old wood out and add new wood. There was an open end on the deck that didn't look right so they closed and made it look just right.

Glidden Exteriors did a very nice job on all aspects of the job. They were always on time. I have already recommended them to friends and family.
