Giordano Roof Replacement & Roof Restoration

He did a wonderful job. The only part of the roof on the building it was flat the house was built in 1957 He came in and talked to me about the repair and my concern about flat roof and i was worried about it leaking again. So he told me why the way he was going to fix it would reproof against leaking and he went ahead and did that. It was difficult because it was 30 feet up but he came and he did an excellent job and its never leaked since but I was up on the roof, at least six months after it was repaired I noticed that part of the flushing around the vent it looks like its starting to come up called him and he came in quickly within the day. He went ahead and repaired it and ever since then it has been perfect. Never leaked.

Anthony, the owner, came and gave a prompt and complete estimate. He kept in communication regarding scheduling, as this was completed in The winter and the weather had to be considered. The job was completed quickly and it appears to be done well. Considering the snow, the site was fairly neat after the job. I was especially pleased by his responsiveness to my schedule and how quickly my project came together.

Anthony demonstrated he knew how to repair it so it would NEVER leak ... and that's exactly what he did. He ensured the conditions were right for the roof application, kept me informed of his schedule, and did a pristinely neat job. He is both a skilled craftsman and a professional business person.

Project complete.  Anthony G says what he does, does what he says at a reasonable price.  He is conscientious, courteous and cleans up after the project everyday.  I have already recommended him and would do it again!

Anthony and his crew did a great job.  I was pleased with it all.

It went very well.  He knew what the US Energy standard was.  He pointed out 40% of heat loss is through the attic-which I didn't know.  He spent a lot of time in the attic and took pictures and notes.  He built a special box so the insulation wouldn't come down when I went up there.  He went above and beyond.  He was very knowledgeable.  I felt  that I was getting the best service possible.

Anthony was very good at communicating via cell phone. He returns calls promptly when you leave a voice mail. He is hard-working and reliable. I was impressed with how easy it was to get in touch with him and to get his honest opinion.

 AWESOME!!!!! Dos: get multiple estimates, Dont's: pre-pay or not have a full written contract before the start of construction. Have the roofer provide you with a full tour with pictures of the project so you know exactly what they are and are not going to do.
