36 years of owner-operated service to furniture retailers, private customers,home improvement contractors, and institutions. We specialize in on-location repair of furniture, cabinetry, and interiors. All kinds of accidental damage can be repaired with a minimum of fuss. We also service recliner mechanisms, replace torn panels and cushion fillers. We do secure installations of picture frames and mirrors. We do insurance estimates, and cover all of Western New York State. We charge competitive rates and for travel outside the Rochester area. Insured.

Replace fabric panels and cushions, touch up leather, sew up open seams. Install pictures and mirrors. Insurance estimates. Everything from a single scratch to an entire building.

Gaylon did a fantastic job! I'm thrilled with his work - the table looks beautiful. He also restored my Mom's antique dining room chairs about 15 years ago and also did a fantastic job! And he's super nice so that's the cherry on top!

Looked good in the dark then the sun hit it and it was worse then before. I have pics called refuses to reply.
Description of Work: Dog damaged expensive cherry furniture and chewed it.

Gayland Arnold claimed to know how to refinish fine furniture. In realty he ended up ruining our chairs. When we called him and told him we weren't happy with the job that he did, he refused to give a compensation and was hard to reach. He didn't respond to messages.
Description of Work: This rate is based on four chairs. Gaylon Arnold charged 75.00 per chair and I had four chairs done.
