Tom, the repair man was friendly, very professional. He explained the work he was going to do and how much time it would take. He was very neat and cleaned up thoroughly after completing the work. I am very satisfied with the job and highly recommend Gatti.

Work was done well and Jim was very pleasant. I would recommend Gatti as another company told me that I needed to replace the hot water heater as it was almost at the end of its 6 yr. warranty. Gatti did not try to sell me a new hot water heater.

As good as it gets. They were at my door within 20 minutes of my call (they originally had scheduled for about an hour or so later but called and asked if it was okay to come earlier!) and solved the problem quickly, friendly and professionally. The price was extremely fair. Stop your search and don't hesitate to give them a call.

Crew arrived at 8:30am and had fully completed the job just before noon (9/21/2015). Completed the job to my satisfaction. Crew was professional and courteous, and cleaned everything up behind them. I would recommend this company for plumbing needs and intend to do business with them again.

My parents recommended I call Gatti when our water heater stopped working last week. They were very friendly over the phone and set up a same-day appointment to check it out. The service guy called me a little later and, in an effort to save us the cost of a service visit, made some recommendations of how we could repair it ourselves - which I thought was awfully nice. Unfortunately, our water heater was just too old and out-of-date to get the correct part, so we ended up having to replace the unit anyway. I went through Gatti again since they'd been so nice. The technician was prompt, super friendly, and efficient. He explained everything and was upfront about the extra cost of needing to upgrade the size of our exhaust vent tubing. He cleaned up thoroughly afterwards and gave me detailed info about the unit and when exactly we'd have hot water again. Was very, very pleased with the service, and felt like the cost was acceptable.

Easily made appointment over the phone, was able to get visit the day after I called. Provider arrived on time, called prior to arriving and did a quick, trusthworthy job. Mike did an excellent job - no trying to upsell or do work that was unnecessary and I highly appreciate that. Was able to pay with credit card and reciept went right to email. Thanks guys, would definetly use again.

The service went better than expected. They didn't replace the 12 inch by 12 inch wall removed but didn't expect that service. The wall removed was under a cabinet. Price always seems high, but everything is costly these days. Gatti very up front with costs, so there were no surprises.

My utility sink was completely backed up and it could not drain out to the sewer. Those guys were great, they covered their shoes so the carpet didn't get any more dirty than they had to be. They are always professional, and they're quick. They could of told me to jackhammer my basement which would of cost me $15,000, but instead they came up with the best way for the cheapest price to get things done.

It was good. He was pleasant and nice. It took him an hour and a half to do that. He was in early.

It went very well. The 2 workers were polite and listened to our concerns. They worked quickly, but expertly. The job was less extensive than what we thought, so we were relieved.

They came out and fixed the problem. It was affordable. I would recommend their service.

They are incredible. When you call them up they are fast at coming out and don't say they will be out in 2 to 4 days, if they can they will be out the same day. The plumber himself was very nice. Very happy with their service.

Appointment was scheduled for 'between 2 & 4 pm'. After some miscommunication between the service tech and the office which apparently sent him to the wrong address the tech arrived shortly before 4:00 and got right to work. He was very friendly and professional. He assessed the situation and determined his best bet was to put the snake down what I assume to be a 'vent pipe' that comes up from behind the washtub. He was concerned that due to the age and configuration of the pipes coming down from the drains in the tub, that he could do damage or not be able to clear the clog, That was a great decision because he had the clog cleared within 15 minutes. He then suggested that it might be time to replace the washtub and pipes and gave a rough estimate of the cost, but there was no sales pitch or pressure...I appreciated that! My only negative comment concerns the price. I chose Gatti based on recent reviews I read on Angie's list (within 3-6 months) that seemed to indicate the price to clear a clogged drain was less than $200, but I was charged $200 (+ tax). I do take some responsibility for not gettting a quote prior to having the work done (my bad). I did contact the office to confirm that I was charged appropriately and got a quick repsonse telling me that in fact their prices had increased recently. So...lesson learned...get a couple of current estimates before having the work done. But overall...I'm satisfied with the work and would recommend Gatti based on that. I wish there was a 'Maybe' choice for the 'Would you use this provider in the future' question above.

Jim S. called to let me know that he would be arriving within 15 minutes of the scheduled appointment time. Both he and his assistant Joe F. introduced themselves and were ready to listen to a description of my situation. After inspecting the household areas involved, they set up the appropriate equipment to help identify the problem. They were respectful of my household environment and came prepared with all items needed to correct our problem. After identifying the leak in our air vent line, they promptly repaired the PVC pipe involved within a time frame that exactly matched the estimate provided by Carlo during my initial phone call to Gatti plumbing. The invoice presented was within 30 dollars of the verbal estimate given to me by Carlo. From my initial phone inquiry with Carlo, to the appointment scheduling by Lisa and the follow up repair by Jim S., Gatti Plumbing was pleasant to work with, knowledgeable and professional in all interactions. We would definitely call them to assist with future plumbing issues.

new spout was installed and tighten too? crack copper tube behind wall and water had been leaking for 6 days or so and light fixers filled up with water down stairs? ruined sheet rock carpets and light fixtures? claimed on home owners insurance. i had 1000 deductible ?. it took them 3 times to come out and try to fix problem?. finally did but did not own up to what they did? 3 different guys came out to try to fix this.. third one got right? one of the works said at one time that he only did sewer work? go figure ?. come to find out threw state farm when we tried to get are deductible back that they were not insured. no we have to go threw small claims court to get our money to finish what they didn't pay for?.

We contacted Gatti plumbing on a Monday afternoon and they were able to install our dishwasher the next day. The receptionist was very courteous and helpful. We were contacted early on Tuesday morning by Gatti Plumbing to ask if we wanted them to come earlier in the day as their schedule had opened up. Our technician Mike arrived early to our appointment and was very polite and friendly. Our dishwasher installation turned out to be trickier than anticipated due to some raised tile flooring. Mike was willing to explain the issues he encountered and upfront that the cost may be higher than initially quoted because of the extra time and labor involved. We were thrilled with the service that we received and the interactions that we had with this company. We will definitely be using them for any future plumbing issues.

We called to have our drain cleaned out because I could not do wash or dishes without it backing up. We were willing to pay a small extra charge because of the holiday, and Mike came within an hour and a half of our call. He checked out the situation, got his snake and got to work. Within a short period of time the clog was gone. Mike also gave us some good advice re: using our disposal because that was the cause of the problem: too much debris put into the machine at once with not enough water. This was the second time we have used Gatti for plumbing work in our home and we wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

Due to the late hour of my calling, and it being a Friday, they couldn't get someone to me RIGHT away. However, I was pleased that they were able to get someone to me before the weekend - I could not do the laundry until the clog was cleared up. The man who came (I'm sorry, I forget his name) was very polite and got started right away. after a while he came up to the kitchen door and told me I may want to see what he pulled out of my drain, because in all HIS years, he'd never experienced anything like it. Somehow a SQUIRREL had gotten trapped in the pipes under the floor, causing my sink to back up! Since we were still under the first hour, he also very kindly reassembled the sink and tubing which I had broken down to try to see if I could deal with the clog myself.

Originally wanted to have outside gutter drains that go underground checked and cleaned out. But instead they ran water into them and looked in the basement trap, but nothing happened in basement, except water coming through walls, so... Said front drain was cracked all the way down so best to just cover it up and drain on top of ground away from house. Later when I looked I didn't see any cracks going down, just at the very top part only. Would have liked to have verified the problem with video feed or something? Rather than guess. But the other work they did was good. Scheduled appointment to come back and fix a leaky gas pipe joint. They missed the appointment time, and when called later, they had called the wrong number to verify we were home, so they moved on to next appointments, and ended up coming out hours later. Then work was done satisfactorily.

After calling around Gatti had the best pricing on a replacement gas hot water heater, under $700 for just the unit. Vent upgrade was extra. Same day, very fast. The service professional that installed the unit did great job and was in and out in about hour and half. Outstanding job, thank you......... Note other places over $700 to over $900 just for the unit.

May not be the best price BUT ! - They are professional - do good work and there when you need them. Would & have recommended them.

I called at about 9 on a Saturday night because when I went into the basement i noticed a few puddles by the washer and dryer and thought my pipe was leaking. After turning on more lights i saw that there was a TON of water all over. and several inches of it! He arrived in about an hour (the roads were terrible and there was a no unnecessary travel warning) and saw that my sump pump had stopped working because the clay my house was built on got in the pipes and clogged it and blew the motor. He cleaned out the pipe and replaced the sump pump with a new one and stayed until the water was gone. It's worked great ever since. I panicked and thought i'd have to pay a LOT of money but it was reasonable. I will use them again when the time comes to hiring a plumbing company.

Excellent job by all workers involved, also used them later to update old shower fixures.
