Description of Work: Had a leak from tub upstairs, seeping through ceiling downstairs. Thought it was likely from pipes under tub. Made an emergency service call. Plumber was very quick to come by. Fixed the problem by diagnosing that the shower handle was leaking behind the wall. Fixed for $30 part cost and $90 labor. Very nice and would absolutely recommend in the future!

Description of Work: They replaced leaking basement sink with new one and consulted on other plumbing issues we faced.

Description of Work: The guy analyzed the clogged problem with me patiently. He gave me two choices up front. I am satisfied with his honesty. The equipment(snake) is heavy. But he handled it quite well and the problem was solved. The water does not back up since. I must say that the job is well done.

Description of Work: Had issues with low pressure is upstairs bathroom and leak in pipe under sink. The service guy was excellent took his time and really found out what the problem was so that we didn't need to replace all of the pipes which would of been a huge expense. Very clean and professional will definately use them again. We had a water softener that the filter broke down and the carbon from inside the filter went through out the pipes and clogged them so the tech bleed the pipes and we got water pressure again this even affected our toilets which he repaired also.

Description of Work: My finished basement was under 4 inches of water, the sub pump died. Called Gatti on 3pm on a Friday, they were there by 4:15 with a brand new pump. By 5pm they had it fixed, basement was draining. They had to kneel in 4 inches of water to get this thing installed behind a wall, and did it with a smile. I highly recommend this company. They had professional equipment as well.

Description of Work: I called Gatti first thing in the morning regarding a backed up upstairs toilet with a leaky wax seal. The lady on the phone was polite and said that she could have someone here between 12:00 and 2:00 pm. She gave me an estimate that was $150 less than another highly rated local plumber, and I accepted. Kyle, the serviceman, phoned at about 1 pm and said he would arrive about a half hour later. He showed up on time, snaked the line and resealed the toilet, and showed me that the inner workings of the toilet were deteriorating so I agreed to have him replace them as well. Even with the extra work, the final price came in at about what the phone estimate was. Kyle was pleasant, tidy and did good work. I would definitely use Gatti plumbing again in the future.

Description of Work: The plastic coupling that connected the faucet/sprayer to the drain under the sink broke with a resultant disconnection. A replacement connector was required. Unfortinately, the equipment was made in Germany approvimately 12 years ago. The plumber - Jeremy - phoned his Gatti Plumbing affice to dtermine the availability of the part. After the office phoned many plumbing parts providers, they did find the part. Jeremy drove to the provider to obtain the part. He completed the repair promptly and efficently. My wife had her kitchen sink back. In addition to the excellent service that Jeremy rendered, his personality was outstanding. He made us say to ourselves, "At last we have found a plumber/ Gatti Plumbing whom we shall call in the future and recommend to our friends."
