easy process though it takes time to complete. did an online estimate; once my tile was done, they came to measure using laser tools for precision; glass was finished and installed several weeks later. all good.

Very well. They even pointed out that my insurance likely would cover the cost ... which it did.

The projects included removal of large glass mirrors covering a living room wall and the other was installation of a frameless glass neo angle shower enclosure. In both cases, working with the residential team was great. Linda, Quiana and Chris provided excellent up front work and answered all my questions. Frank and Jon did an excellent job on both projects. Very satisfied with all work that was done. They were also less expensive than the other competitive quotes. These folks know glass and I would not hesitate to contract them again in the future. I was certainly not one of their biggest customers but a great measure of a company is how they treat all customers, especially the little guys! I felt my business was as important to them as one of their big commercial projects.

Called them to see if they could replace my glass. They took information and we settled on an appointment. Time: 5 minutes. I drove to their site and worked on my laptop in their beautiful waiting room (good coffee, comfortable chairs, good WiFi) for the two hours they told me it would take. Signed paperwork to acknowledge the job was completed and drove away. Time: 2 minutes. Perfect!

My car windshield cracked over the weekend. I called FCG first thing Monday morning and they had an appointment available at 230 PM the same day. The woman on the phone took my insurance and VIN number information and contacted my insurance agency. They too (Allstate) responded quickly and agreed to the service. I arrived a little early and left at 400 PM. The windshield looks great and as long as something bad does not happen in the next few days while the glue is settling I am a pleased customer. (Note I wrote the review the same day as the service was provided.)

It was an easy process. I brought the mirror in and they kept it for me until I was ready to pick it up.

There was a hole in my windshield, and I guess a rock or something hit it. I called them and they came to where I worked and installed the glass, and they were gone. It was done very nicely. It was paid for by insurance.

They were wonderful, really good. Essentially, they worked on the shower until they got it right. They had to cut the glass twice and they weren't happy with how it looked so they redid it without me having to go through any hassle whatsoever. They are definitely very proud of their work and they want to make sure they get it done right.

I arrived on time and they finished ahead of the time they had told me. The window was great and the price is exactly what they quoted. You had the option to either have them come to see you, which meant you had to wait at a certain location for most of the day (which would be great if you were working and couldn't get off), or you could go to them with an appointment. I did the latter. The waiting area was clean and comfortable with complimentary coffee. The wait time is 2 hours which they had told me up front. They did this to ensure the glass had fully set in place.

Overall, I had an okay experience with Flower City Glass. The serviceman was exceptional. He informed us of everything and helped us decide what quality of window to go with. He did a great job measuring the window, too. However, getting them to respond is sometimes delayed.
