Fine Line Improvements

This company was a complete disaster. They supposedly re-installed our flat roof and was paid in cash immediately after they were done. It was a never-ending nightmare; the workmanship was subpar, with multiple leaks appearing shortly after their supposed 'fix.'. The plywood, beams and ceiling underneat the deck/flat roof rutted; part of the ceiling fell off. I tried to get them to come back and address the issues, they were unresponsive and uncooperative. Avoid this company at all costs! Run away from them as fast as possible.

Great service, came when they said they would, a great plus, workers were so polite and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend and give them 10 stars if I could.

I hired Patrick to put a new roof on my shed as a wind storm took it off. after looking on Angi, Patrick contact me within a half hour and came to my house very shortly after that He appraised the job as a good fill job for his crew and I accepted. in a couple of weeks and finished the job in a couple hours. they cleaned up their mess and even cleaned up shingles that had blown into a neighbors yard I would definently reccommend them

Way more expensive than I had anticipated but their experience, sense of urgency and personalized service were top notch!

The owner himself came to our house to do the repair and was very courteous and polite. Extremely satisfied with the job and good value for money. Thank you!

AMAZING!! The owner himself and Project Manager both came to my house to assess the tree damage to my shed and give me a free estimate, which was absolutely right on with the Insurance company’s estimate! They were personable, professional and fun to deal with! Patrick and Brett are real people, not sales ppl sent out by a large corporation! They know their craft and so do the team that fixed my shed! The care they took doing it and the the careful complete clean up was amazing! And this was just a small roof on a shed. If this is how they take care of a small job, then anyone considering this company for a large job should not have any hesitation to hire them! One of the doors on my shed wouldn’t open all the way bc of a piece of fascia board that had relocated itself ?…at the end of the job, when Brett was inspecting the work, he got his tools out and worked on the door for a half an hour until it opened perfectly… not even part of the job estimate! Patrick and Brett are rock stars!!! And kudos to Nicole who is running this very efficient company behind the scenes! And one more thing…they got to my job within a week of the my estimate! Hire these guys!

Everyone was very professional, from owners to installers. It was a big job, tear off and re-shingle that was completed in 3 days. Cleanup was exceptional. Price very reasonable. Highly recommended.

Today (6-12-2020) the 'Fineline Improvements' workers & owner arrived. Very friendly. They worked quickly to repair the roof leak. They took & shared pictures (before/after). Their work was excellent. I highly recommend them! And the bill is very reasonable..Worth every penny. Thank you 'Fineline'

Having received 3 companies' estimates, we chose FineLine (least expensive of highly rated Cos.) Patrick's team did an excellent job. They tore off old and replaced roof including 5 skylights. They also installed gable adornments & trimmed around a new front door. They were always on time, took care to meet / exceed our expectations. True Professionals & of Integrity. A pleasure to work with. I will be in touch for my next project.

In July 2019 I had a leak repaired in my roof, ceiling fan installed in my sun room and some other odds and ends taken care of. I was very happy with the work. Patrick was great to work with, takes pride in his work and business, honest and fair. No leaks since and the fan is really nice to have in the sun room.
